The cleanliness of inside and especially the rear outside the building is sub-par. The service is absolutely sub-par. And the food, well, its Subway so you get Subway. I observed fruit flies around the soda fountain, unwiped counters and employees with attitudes that clearly demonstrate that theres somewhere else theyd like to be, like underneath this very building where they live. Sandy Hook doesnt need a Subway restaurant, especially a dirty one with poor service. I very seldom post a bad review about any place but when it comes to a restaurant, its important to share my experience so others dont suffer from the experience I did.

Horrible service! Guy was on phone whole time I was in there. Not only was he on the phone, but was clearly arguing with someone. Screaming in another language! This is America, we speak English! He wasnt paying attention to what I was saying, had to repeat my order, and toppings. He toasted sandwich without asking. I didnt want it toasted. If I werent pressed for time, and starving I wouldve left, but I will never do business with this store again!

No surprised here. Parking is difficult, as usual in Sandy Hook. Not easy to run in and out.
