So this was a pretty unique experience. Aside from the actual experience of seeing your ice cream come together it was one of the most delicious ice creams Ive ever had. The whole process is a bit awkward to say the least. You order what you want and pay and then just stand around and wait for your turn. There was no communication or signage. There were also very few tables and chairs. The area was very congested as they put tables right next to the area where the ice cream is made rather than the large open space at the front. They are pretty stingy with the "unlimited" toppings and they didnt even have Reeses. They had some knock off pb cups which I thought was pretty cheap of them. Also the girl at the front needed some additional training due to the fact that she literally insulted my husbands bubble tea flavor. He asked for an almond blueberry one and she asked "have you ever had that flavor combination before?!" He said no and then she proceeded to say "well I dont think those flavors will go good together. So if it comes out bad youre ok with that?" I didnt realize the chief of boba tea flavoring worked here but that was really rude. It turned out delicious by the way. Anyways aside from the cashier and the odd layout we will definitely be back for another ice cream and bubble tea.

5 on taste, 4 on $. Im probably biased here because Thai ice cream was so cheap in Thailand (phuket) but at $7 here, its almost $20 for two people to get there own ice creams. The staff is wonderful and very friendly, passionate about what they are doing. The flavors / base options are great and they have a variety of toppings w/o any limits which is awesome , especially given the price.there is a bit of a wait as there only 3 or so making ice cream at a time and it takes time to get the liquid cold enough and then to be able to scrape in rolls. The portions are just big enough that 2 could share but I enjoyed having one to my self because my husband got smores and I wanted matcha. I would give them another try and maybe share a new flavor with someone.

Fun new place in downtown Middletown. Went here on a whim for something to satisfy me and my husbands sweet tooth...were happily suprised! This is a "rolled ice cream", like a new take on Cold Stone creamery . They place unlimited toppings and fresh cream on a cold pan and use spatulas to smooth your mix out, then roll it when frozen. Toppings were fresh and plentiful, ice cream was very fresh. It does take a little longer than a traditional ice cream shoppe, so keep that in mind if you visit during a busy summer night.

Fun new experience. Definitely plan for a longer wait-time than normal, but certainly worth it for the experience. Crowd was mostly younger/high-school aged and families. There are four frozen platforms going at once. Ingredients are fresh and delicious -- not a normal ice cream flavor. At the end of the making experience, you get to choose whatever toppings you want on the top -- includes all the traditionals (whip cream, sauces, sprinkles, etc.) plus fresh fruit and crushed up candy bars.

Great ice cream, fun to watch them make. The only reason Im rating this 4 stars is the fact that we went in (family of 4) and ordered as a group. However the other 3 people in my group were almost done eating before mine was even started. This is due to how they make the ice cream with specific "bases". Guess I had the popular one because there was 3 people ahead of me still when everyone else in my family had gotten their ice cream......

My niece treated me to this and the ice cream was good but the team not so much. Upon my visit I watched as a supervisor allowed a customer to belittle and disgrace a young man who was assisting him. Instead of respectfully addressing the situation both customer and supervisor berated the young man to tears. Situation where bullying is allowed and encourage is disgraceful to me. I only visited once I am not interested in a second visit.

Easily 5 stars and definitely best ice cream/sweets spot around this area! Plenty of variety with unique ice cream flavors and catchy names. ALSO, unlimited topics... I got the smores ice cream and asked for recesses and kit Kats on it. The dude even asked me what color I wanted for the kit Kats... excellent customer service! Definitely check it out if youre in the area!

Underwhelming. Didnt get toppings on mine because I was hoping to savor the flavor of the ice cream, only to find out the flavors themselves are very mild. A fun novel experience, but not worth $7. The bubble tea was much more enjoyable and reasonably priced.

Good ice cream, lots of flavours, and fun to watch. Its quite expensive for what you get, but its more about the experience. Half of the staff was friendly, the other half was rather dour.

This is a great novalty type ice cream parlor. Once you choose your flavor and pay $7 per sundae, the ice cream is made right in front of you. Then you get to pick unlimited toppings!

Pretty cool place that serves up rolled ice cream. Can have a decent size line but is well worth the wait. Plus you get to enjoy a show while you watch your ice cream being made.

Awesome flavors, nice atmosphere, great take on how to make ice cream. Highly recommended, will take longer than most places as they make it in front of you. Cool novelty.

Refreshingly different. Cute atmosphere. Really unique experience. Kind of expensive for what you get, but the liberal toppings they give you seems to make it up.

Its pretty good. The entertainment value of watching them make your ice cream is half the fun, so if that isnt interesting, this may not be for you.
