Is the Pizza the best in the world? No.. but its as family as it gets. We ordered 22 dollars worth of food, they asked us for a 20. The Pizza was made fast and by hand. The sodas were 1.50 after tax. Their personalities were warm... These people work to please and make every experience simple to enjoy. They give out extra plates, extra napkins and were just generally generous about everything. Their main mission here is clearly to serve you the way a friends mom would in their kitchen. Fair, kind and generous. They may only have one size pizza, they may not make the best pizza.. but for some people, pizza is pizza and Id rather eat here more often. As it is tho, the pizza is pretty good. Just dont expect 5 star quality lol I instantly felt bad for not living closer. They clearly have regulars whom they give sodas for free and whom they generate relationships with. I almost felt bad for not knowing about such a nice place like this before. Customer service is a 5/5 for this place and its something that is enough for me. The place was clean and wasnt really missing anything. I gave it 4 stars because the pizza is the same price as other places, without the bangin flavor you see elsewhere, and because they dont take cards or have a lot of conveniences (all though they do have an ATM). Overall theres really nothing to complain about unless you are a really prestine person who critiques everything. I could see a lot of people in this town finding this place offensive for what it lacks... but if ur young like me or just an itallian family you probably wont care for all the amenities or mind bringing cash.

I will say they deserve one star for the establishment, it was well kept and had plenty of seating. Though I dont really drop into a pizzeria for that, but more for the pizza. Being so close to NY I thought a little flavor would have rubbed off on them, not happening. Soggy, chewy, falling apart in all the wrong places with the hardest of edges. moderately priced so Ill give them that too, but again it is about the pizza. Some people say that is NY pizza, I disagree. I wont be going there again.

I love the pizza here and the staff. They take great care in making an outstanding pizza and taking care of their customers. Their pizza tastes excellent, and maybe even better, after being reheated in a toaster oven. I feel spoiled going to other pizza restaurants because I know this place, for their food and staff, is THE BEST!!!

Glenville Pizza is the best! The pizza is always wonderful. The chicken and eggplant subs are super. The food is great quality. It is a neighborhood family pizza joint with quality food and they also serve beer (bonus!). We have been going here for 15 years and the quality is consistant.

Service is great. No parking. Surprisingly decent pizza outside of New York. I was worried but satisfied. Will stop here again if Im in the area and need a slice. If I lived in the area Im sure id be ordering from here instead of a chain pizza place.

Tasty pizza according to the crowd I ordered 15+ pies for. Impressed with the on-time order and helpfulness getting pies into my wifes car. Wish they supported more than "cash only" and offered local delivery (but if was a pizziolo I wouldnt either:)

This is the best tasting pizza in the area. It tastes like real NY style pizza and is much better than Pizza Factory and Planet Pizza. The only negatives are they only take cash, theres only parking for 3 cars, and they dont deliver.

Excellent traditional Italian pizza restaurant. No table service but we love their Sicilian & regular pizza. Very limited parking in front , but there is a lot across the street.

Amazing pizza. Worth the stop. Owned by a great family with ties to the community. If you cant find parking you can always park at the civic center and walk across the street.
