Pho Vietnam? More like Pho-NOMINAL! I first visited this resreraunt a little over a month ago, and coincidentally it was my first time eating Vietnamese food. I am by no means a picky eater, but there are certain areas I am not quite ready to venture into just yet, so while I was slightly deterred by the options of beef tendon and tripe and the like as the filler for my soup, I was also enticed by the options of beef brisket and for perhaps the average not-so-adventurous American, just plain beef. Do not underestimate me when I say that this was my number one, uncontested best $10.00 I have ever spent on a meal in my life. The beef was lean, flavorful, and cooked to a firm but tender perfection. The brisket was a bit fatty for my own tastes, but the meat a gold mine of flavor. The rice noodles were endless. Simply put, I was flabbergasted when my pho arrived. I ordered an extra large and it filled me from lunch through dinner. As for the taste, it is definitly different, but very good, and every day for the past month I have been itching to return. Of course there are plenty of other options on the menu; for example I had the pleasure of trying the red curry chicken, which proved to be another dish well woth its value. The appetisers we ordered were divided in excellency, some that I would call good, but others that were simply superb. And there truly is something for everyone. For those in the Danbury area, if you are going out or feel like trying something new, you would be remiss not to pay this little gem a visit. With good food, fast and friendly service, and hopefully some good company, youll be leaving with a fully belly within an hour; and wanting to return from the moment you leave.

Brought a large party of over a dozen people here and the waitress was very nice and accommodating, even bringing us extra glasses for the liquor wed brought (it was a bit unfortunate that they dont have wine or beer). The food is mostly good, but a tad hit or miss--my bowl of Pho soup was great if a little too greasy (though the bowl is HUGE), but several people said that their dishes (particularly the tofu) werent very good. The prices are great, though--it was less than $250 for a dinner of over a dozen people including dessert. And they have bubble tea! Overall this is a great little place with very friendly service that I look forward to getting takeout from in the future. Try the Pho or Vermicelli bowls or the seafood to get the best.

Im a connoisseur when it comes to Vietnam Cuisine! The Pros.. Your first impression, when you walk thru the door is, it is a quaint little family owned restaurant! I was greeted instantly with a smiling face! The place is spotless and clean! Outstanding and I mean, outstanding, spring rolls, fresh(not fried)! The Pho beef soup was also to #1!! The menu was lengthy, so there wont be a member of your group that will left out! The place is spotless and clean, like a restaurant should be! The Cons.. It is a bit pricey from the other places that i have eaten at! There are no public bathrooms visible! FINAL THOUGHTS~~ I would definitely put this VISIT on my TOP 10 LIST of places to visit again and again !!!!!

No frills, small space in a nondescript shopping plaza. Dont let appearances fool you! People love the pho for good reason! My personal favorite is the house salad with chicken. Ask for the dressing on the side though, as it is very salty. They have authentic Vietnamese coffee! Red curry sauce is great too. Fresh spring rolls are as good as any Ive had, but the fried rolls are unremarkable. We had a lovely server the most recent time I was there. It was very busy and she stayed calm and kind. Cece I believe. There was a very rude woman there who gave her a hard time which was a shame to see. Great place - very busy at lunch, so be prepared.

I dont often write reviews but we were a little mislead by the reviews on this place. When we travel we always like try new Vietnamese restaurants and were pretty disappointed at this one. The chicken & shrimp pho was mediocre and pad thai was a pile of noodles with just enough sauce to color them a bit (no flavor). Overall we would have not commented but the staff seemed to be made up of teenagers who were pretty rude and that combined with just ok food made this spot fall far below the ratings we read. The young Vietnamese girl that served us had a pretty obvious attitude and really contributed to ruining our $50. dinner.

OH my!! If you are a Vegan DO NOT GO HERE. A regular customer mind you.. ordered Vegan hot and sour soup - take out. Got it home (25 minute ride) and was eating it. 2 pieces of chicken. NOT A GOOD THING IF YOU ARE VEGAN! I called them up, they said return it. I said not 25 minutes a way. They said they would give a free one next time I went in (a regular) I naturally dumped it out. They called back and said save it to get a free one. I just dumped it. They said too bad. I say- They just lost a regular customer and all my friends wont go back either. Now who can say Too Bad! Plus your prices are too high!!

Absolutely loved it. Ive been to a number of Vietnamese pho (rice noodle) chains and I have to say everything was great. Good food, drink, service and atmosphere for a little place here in Hat City. $12.61 paid for two of us and we both thought it was the best Southeast Asian cuisine weve ever had. Great canh chua soup and noodles. Their Vietnamese version of the traditional Pad Thai is incredible. The food is overall quite spicy but delicious, well-worth it and altogether has an earthy and somewhat fruity flavor to the unaccustomed palette. Homey and down-to-earth atmosphere. Definately coming back soon. :)

Everytime I go I get bubble tea and there is always a very small amount of bubbles. This is such a disappointment because my husband and I are big bubble tea lovers and they fail everytime. Everytime I go back hoping this time is will be different but I am let down once again. They either run out of bubbles or give very little. I always say I am not going back but they are the closest bubble tea place near me. When we are desperate for amazing bubble tea we have to drive all the way to NYC at least everytime it is WORTH it. The food is pretty good but the bubble tea fail ruins it all.

Most important: delicious food. Awesome to have a Vietnamese restaurant right in Danbury. The service is friendly, and the food is uniformly excellent: fresh, homemade, generously portioned. Every dish Ive tried has been a winner. Great bubble tea menu, too. The exterior and surrounding neighborhood arent much to look at it, but its nicely remodeled inside. Only negative is that takeout was pretty slow. I was told 45 minutes, showed up in an hour, and still had to sit and wait for 20 minutes.

The food is always fabulous, and I go there almost every week but I usually always have great service. But beware of the petite Asian woman, she barely came to our table to see if we needed anything or to even ask how our food was. She is very rude and just not a pleasure to be seated by her. She ruined our dining expierence and I will go back, but hopefully not have to deal with her next time
