There are 2 Starbucks is the city of Santa Paula and if you need your coffee please go to the love inside Vons. The other one with the drive thru is a waste of time and money. Rude employees and almost 100% for the time my drink is disgusting or there is a hair in it. Go to Vons. The girls are nice, friendly and they make sure your drink is perfect and it always is. Trust me

Live in Santa paula & go to this starbucks regularly & I have to say this morning was the first time I actually got a smile from...the person who attended me was Chris, he was so friendly, had a big smile on his face the whole time & I cant remember the last time I heard "have a great rest of your day".

Customer service not really their priority. Drive through employee STEFANY very rude. Employees dont understand that they are in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Need a lesson in how to treat their customers. Starbucks standards have gone WAAAAY down.

Friday night...they apparently close at 10pm. Not 11pm as posted here. I didnt see any hours posted at the drive thru. Guy at window wasnt clear about being closed. Said the till was down and his headset was off.

This is a nice newer Starbucks - lots of traffic. The parking lot is kinda a scramble because lots of different businesses use it but the store is nice. The customer service has always been great.
