Went to this location on 10/30 today is 11/4 server there named Andrea was RUDE the place was so DIRTY and nasty I should have went with my FIRST thought and NOT purchased my food. As I rolled down the window to pay, the place WREAKED of Urine!!! As we sat waiting on our food, I noticed the Garbage cans so full that paper etc. was falling out of the cans THREE cans to be exact, while 2 were being emptied one was loaded with junk still and flies swarming. Got home and the food was JUST NASTY!!! I called spoke to Andrea who said sorry you can come back for an exchange, I mentioned to her the conditions and said Id just like my money back she says this manager Wont do that, her name is Wendy and then she hangs UP on me!!! I immediately called their corporate office and stopped payment on my credit card still hoping Sonic will do the right thing. The manger Wendy calls me TODAY which is 11/4 stating Ive been calling you but NEVER left a message. (In My opinion if you dont leave a message then how do I know you called) Anyway she states oh if I dont have the food back there isnt much I can do??? I SAID the same day the food was so HORRIBLE I can show you a receipt from another restaurant the same day that I went to after throwing the food away. Well, her comment was I dont know what i can do .... what would you like me to do, I said REFUND and I will NEVER come to your location again. Her reply again well, I dont know I can check what I can do? WHY ASK ME THEN? HORRIBLE DO NOT EAT AT THIS NASTY LOCATION!!!!

Very bad service! I almost went to the window to order because no one would acknowledge me sitting there even though I was talking. I dont know how they stay in business being this slow. The employees were having a great time chatting while I waited and waited. I made a comment about them being slow pace and the girl working the window practically threw my food to me. I thought this was just a bad experience but having received the same treatment twice I will not return. I enjoy the food but will go elsewhere and avoid this place like a plague.

The service here is pretty slow for fast food. I know its part of the gimmick, but Im honestly not a fan. The food is super junky, even for fast food its pretty bad on the calories and sugar content. Not really a fan, but I will say I LOVE their onion rings. I go here every once in awhile just because I want some onion rings.

Super slow service!!! Everytime I go they forget something for the kids meal couple weeks ago it was a toy today it was a chocolate milk. Also I ordered the mini mozzarella sticks there was supposed to be $1.49 and they charged me $4. I give up I will not be going back

Chili cheese dogs were ok, Chile cheese tot tasted like freezer burn food and could not eat them. Car hope "server could give me change for $10. Over all, with the other places with in walking distance, I wont be back

Decent food but the card reader at my parking spot was broken, and the service was kind of slow and they didnt offer sauce for my mozzarella sticks or ketchup for my fries.

Place was great other than the super long wait. We were treated nice and were told to HAVE A SUPER SONIC DAY which we did. Thanks for the amazing shake!

If you like to sit and eat in your car, then this place is for you. No indoor seating at all. Drive up only with 2 or 3 tables outside.
