The food is always bad, cold or stale. even if its warm it is so dried out can you say HEAT LAMP the managers always suck I have gone there about 5 times in the last year each time was bad. forgot stuff, cold old tasting food. and they never appologize but act like your to blame for not eating the junk and shutting up. its always at least $24 or more I spend everytime. i only go there when my hubby has a habgover he loves the chicken whopper and is always dissapointed. not a good one. el monte location on peck is better

Lady always gets my order wrong! Its either wrong size meal, wrong item, or she adds more items without me telling her. Theyre not fast enough. Not friendly. Sucks.
