The design and layout of the restaurant is very beautiful and elegant. A very nice atmosphere. The servers are very friendly, many of whom smiled at me whenever we made eye contact. However, I was a bit disappointed that our own server seemed so rushed. He did not neglect us at all, which is a big plus on his part, I just think that it reflects that the management keeps themselves understaffed. The average price range seemed to be around $10-12, and their menu is huge! A wide variety of dishes from different places of the world that I found very impressive. However, neither who I was with nor I was very impressed with our food and the piña colada we ordered had very little alcohol in it, which was disappointing, as we expected an adult-oriented restaurant to be a bit more generous with their alcohol. Overall, I was satisfied with our meal and experience, but I think that there are too many signs of a cheap management team who cuts corners on service and quality to increase profits, and I dont think Ill be dining here too often. There are plenty of other options in the area, so I dont think Ill be missing much.

Ok, I called ahead to get a reservation. It didnt take long to get a seat. While I was waiting I ordered a margarita on the rocks from the bar. This $7.50 drink was drop per drop to have the minimum amount of booze in it. PROBLEM 1: They pour WEAK, expensive drinks. PROBLEM 2: I ordered a sandwhich and frys. Seriously, it came with about 20 small french frys. I took a picture that I was going to post, but Im too lazy to figure out how to post it. Google says average price is $6.95. 10-12 is probably a better estimate. The second drink I had with dinner. a $10 margartia. In this one I couldnt taste ANY alcohol. I asked the waiter and he told me its a mixed drink that I shouldnt be able to taste it. I asked them to fix it and he offered to sell my a shot of tequilla to be put in it. When I mentioned the frys, they offered to send some home with me. I declined, I just wanted to leave.

Mal servicio parte del mesero en primer lagar. Luego con la comida . Le pide un platillo .y trae otro. segundo presentasion mas o menos pero los putos platos que todos que nosotros vimos en la mesa esta todo quebrado de las orilla . Tersero Los cubiertos. Encontramos sucios. Conclusion medio comimos y nos largamos. Un restaurante de tanta categoria me salio con unas de esas. Con tanto mal aspecto. Mala suerte no pude tomarle fotos.

I have no complaints about this restaurant.. always great customer service especially today... after getting rude customer service from a restaurant near the elephant restaurant on the phone I called Elephant Bar and asked if they we able to seat a party of 20 people and the answered yes right away... We were 3 mins away and they said by the time u get here your table will be ready... the hostess and servers were amazing and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE... thanks you so much...

What use to be a pretty good restaurant, it now rates 1 star. Almost looks like the restaurant is going out of business. Burger and fries were cold, asked for Tabasco, waited forever to get it, it nearly had anything in the bottle, which was also dirty. Service left a lot to be desired, had to ask for refill on our drinks which we never got. Bad dining experience. Above comment was approximately 2 months ago. Today is 7/10 was surprised restaurant is still open??

Well me and my wife went there for her birthday and great ambiance the staff was great. But and theres a but i order the lemon garlic chicken and i get it raw i messed up and took a damb bit ssalmonell anyone.The glasses had food floating in our drinks. Omg the waiter eric was kind and patient the manager paid for my meal which saved them from a good lashing from me just know if i get salmonella poison it was from here lawsuit

A horrible experience! I was in a table of five in the bar area and our server was incredibly rude and ignored us. Keep in mind, this was not a busy day, we were fed up so we moved to the regular seating with a new server. The new server was super nice but forgetful. After having to repeatedly ask for simple things (waters and napkins) we were all ready to leave. I will not be returning

Used to love Elephant Bar....however, they have changed their menu. We both ordered a sirloin and a side of shrimp. Meat was tough and shrimp was tasteless. To top it off, our waiter gave me blue cheese dressing (YUCK) instead of ranch and then charged us for a side salad when we asked for a replacement to his mistake. Doubt well ever go back.

I love Elephant bar- compaired to most all other places in the area this restaurant really knows how to blow you away with customer service. when its slower- they are out standing and so personable- when its busy- they still make sure they make your visit personal. I love going here- and love that my kids can eat and enjoy there food :)

Service was good, polite and professional. Food was way off point. Cold cube chicken in the nachos, not to mention the order did not come out complete. Missing the guacamole and sour cream. Unproportional toppings to amount of nachos. About 2/3rds of the plate was salty chips and a hint of the queso. Very disappointed in this order.

Well we came in 12 eleven she came to us at 12:15 wanted to know what we want to drink she came back at 12:20 with our drinks we placed our order we didnt get our food till 1251 she asked me if there was anything else I needed I said more Ranch she never came back except with the bill I will not be back at the Fresno Elephant Bar

Great service and awesome food especially for the price! Its like what youd pay for DiCiccos but with actual good food! The sirloin with mashed potatoes and mac n cheese is the best! Our waiter was awesome and kept coming to our table to check up so all was good, 100% recommend for any day.

Its a gay "bear" bar, but you can come as you are. Non-pretentious atmosphere and moderately priced drinks. Overall a very good place to unwind on a Friday after work. If you do go on a Friday, make sure you go visit Dan the bartender. (There are actually 2 Dans there, but either are fun!)

Well, it turned out to be a disappointment, only because my boyfriend ordered fish & it tasted & smelled horrible. & the marsala plate I ordered was tasting like gravy! Awful food. But the waitress was easy going. I dont reccommend it there.

It was my first time going there to eat, once I got there, I was greeted by their waitress and manager. It was a little wait for the food, but it was worth the wait bc it tasted good. I plan to go there next time with my family.

food was great, but my wife ordered her steak well done but when it arrived it was medium rare, and when it came back me and the kids already finished our food and they never gave us the sodas/drinks that came with the kids meals
