Worst customer service. 2nd time I come to order a cake and they always try to charge $5 to $20 extra if you decide to order a cake vs buying the ones they have sitting in their case. They rather sell you an old cake than making a fresh one. And you can only get what they tell you. Changing cake flavor or ice cream theres an extra charge. And they never have the kid designs. They suggest to buy the toys separately and have the cake design so you can add then but still charge you as if you bought the whole thing. Worst service.

Avoid this establishment at all costs. The owner of the store is very rude, especially to children. It is very unclean and there is often hair and bugs in the ice cream. The cakes are extremely overpriced, considering that they are made in a baskin robbins factory and are shipped in bulk to the store. Often there will be only one employee running the entire store, resulting in very poor customer service. Worst ice cream store in town

Best place hands down. I went in this past week to order my sons cake and the man who helped me out with that was very kind and helped me choose the perfect cake. When I went to pick up the cake it looked amazing he did such a great job my son loved it. Definitely will be recommending and also going back for more cake ordering.

Amazing customer service and the perfect dessert. We were impressed by the enthusiasm and genuinely nice and helpful attitude. We sampled and sampled and ultimately went with two delicious scoops of ice cream and a Persian pastry. Will DEFINITELY be back for the service and treats!

I have always loved Baskin Robbins ice cream, it is still outstanding. The flavors are so authentic. They have added soft serve ice cream, sundaes, and blizzards like Dairy Queen. Here they had 3 people working and the line moved quickly. I highly recommend.

Pros: nothing specific beyond what you would have expect from any BR location. Cons: location, inefficient line management, slow operations. Bottom line: unkess locked on a flavour, drive to the nearest Yogurt Land.

The best Baskin Robbins in the valley! The owner is lovely as is his workers. They have great deals since BR is kinda pricey and this shop gives them out freely. Baskin Robbins is a great American favorite!
