Dont understand why they have a "late night drive-thru" when most of their stuff is off or "closed" as I was told tonight when trying to order different items. They asked me to park in the front, because they didnt want their timer to go up. Okay, I get that. You want to get a good score when review time comes up, Ill give you a break, but at least get the order right. I ordered something simple, a half and half 12 pack tacos, consisting of 6 soft shell tacos and 6 hard shell tacos. What I got was 12 hard shell tacos, half being stale "Doritos" hard shells and the other were fine, regular hard shells. The service was friendly, but if Im going to give these guys a break on their "timer" time, then I think that I should at least get what I ordered. I usually check my order before I leave whatever dining establishment I choose to order from, its my fault as well for not double checking their work. Note to self, and others, check your order before you leave this place. It looks like others had a problem with their orders being wrong, from reviews posted over a year ago, and that hasnt changed. At least from my experience tonight.

The burritos and tacos are soggy. And they have the sign outside of their place that theyre a Pizza Hut store too and has a small menu board on it, but when we started ordering, the crew said sarcastically that he didnt know they served pizza. But the only reasons i loved in this place are their Cinnabon churro bites which are very delectable and their cheesy nachos. Must try these. Other than that, I hate the place.

Here the staff is very rude. Very bad service.Today I visit here I waited there 5 min for my order but the front girl did not say anything to me and she was only busy with her computer. I asked here are you busy she didnt answer me. I was left from there.. Very bad service there. I will never visit there again.

Two words: Potato Tacos. Who invents this stuff, I dont know...but Im glad they did. Taco Nazo has the best shrimp tacos I have ever tasted and they also have ceviche nachos: amazing. I took my sister there for the first time the other day and they gave her , her first fish taco for free.... now shes addicted.

the most I like about this taco bell are the friendly employees that are always with big smiley face and the fast service the food is so delicious and the restaurant is so clean I will recommend this place to my family and all my friends I give five stars to this taco bell 028512

The food is the same as any other taco bell but that place really needs to be updated and the manger that was there is not nice to her employes especially that there was a colored person there she didnt treat him right at all and I honestly think everything needs to be changed

If you go in the drive thru be ready to wait like 30min in line as they take an eternity to give you your order. The inside of this taco bell is so dirty and smelly all the time. I rather drive a few more miles to go elsewhere were they dont take long and its cleaner.

The inside can smell really really bad, just last night we walked in and then immediately left as it smelled of feces. The staff have had issues in the past, but lately have been stepping up their game. Drive through is the best way to get food here.

Im currently standing in store and it smells AWFULL! It is not clean. I was nice enough to let the manager know but she seem to disregauard my complain. Very disappointed. They should maintain their work environment clean and NOT REPULSIVE

Doritos tacos are good.....Its Taco Bell, dont expect gourmet for the prices. Its not great food but I like coming here once or twice every other month. As a health inspector told me, fast good chains are the cleanest places.

We forgot to pick up some of our order from the drive-thru at night. Taco bell sent someone running behind our car. Tough he missed us and we had to go back, the gesture was nice
