What really stood out, was how crappy the order was put together. You can see the oyster taco there. Everything is either on the corner of the taco with a blob of the sauce on the greens and a little more sauce on the oyster. It was not very tasty, it tasted like the oil used to fry was rancid, and gave the oyster a bitter taste. I was very disappointed, because the first thing you see when you walk in is "no $1 tacos". Sure as hell tasted like one. The steak nachos saved the day. Although they only put the red sauce on the sides, It was fine, tasted pretty good, not great, but good. Ive been coming here on and off since they opened the doors a couple years ago and the quality and customer service has gone down. The girl who took my order just stared as I stood waiting to order, and when I started ordering, she kept questioning the food as if she didnt know what it was, she was not polite, even when I tried conversing with her to cheer her up by asking her how her day is going, all she said was "I dont know, I just came, Im tired"... Unfortunately, where I work, we used to be big fans, not so much anymore and wont be going back, its kinda sad. I think Chef Jimmy is pretty badass and has some amazing restaurants, but not this one anymore.

Walked in here and was impressed with the sales talk from the owner. He grabbed my attention with his description of the dishes on the menu. He told me he was bringing fine dining in a small location like this. I believed him and ordered the 12 dollar lobster taco and a 6 dollar white fish taco. So for 18 dollars, I got two tacos. Supposedly, the tacos are different prices because of their "meat portion".... i dont know man this 18 dollar for two taco thing is definitely fine dining prices. Id rather have you do two tacos for 12 dollars, just divide the "big" portion into two. That is how I understood it. Dont get their Stella on Tap, it is very flat. So the food: The lobster taco did have a lot of lobster in it, since it is the larger portion. But I wasnt very thrilled with the taste. It didnt taste bad but it was missing something. The blackened white fish taco tasted bland in taste. My friend ordered the mushroom soup with truffles. The taste of mushroom was overwhelming so the 4 people that tasted it all did not like it, we barely touched it. btw you can go on Groupon and get their "deal". The server was nice enough to tell us right after we ordered.... I paid 50 dollars for two tacos and 4 beers.

This place is a Mexican fusion/alternative restaurant! They have some pretty crazy drinks that just work. Like the habanero agua fresca. Man that things great. The steak skirt taco during executive lunch with any of the salads is amazing. Two things that arent bad but in my opinion dont launch it to the perfect 5 stars.... The size of the location and the capacity of people it can hold, this of course is not the owners fault. The second is the price. Its a little high if you dont go during the executive lunch. This of course is opinion, I would still and will still continue to pay because I cannot rave enough how amazing the food is. Its different, its tasty, and it works! I was brought by one friend and since then have brought 10 of my friends to eat there on different accounts. They in turn have brought their friends. If your are in the area! Try it! You wont regret it.

I went their with my BF for some tacos. He came here once before and warned me it was expensive. We both got the same thing. One taco that had plantain and some meat in it. The other was a short rib taco. I was actually surprised that I enjoyed the plantain taco. It did not sound like something I would like, but it was very good. Not $7 good, but good. Now, the short rib taco, which usually is right up my ally, was less than yummy. I personally did not like it at all- Took one bite and gave the rest away to my BF. I appreciate the fresh ingredients and interesting ideas of combinations and such, however, the price tag along with whatever tacos, I will not likely be back. This place seems like just another high priced hipster hang out.. Not my thing ($30 including tip for 4 tacos)- No thanks

Suuuuper overpriced, luke warm (cold) taco meat, and terrible tasting tacos. Either this place is totally overrated, or maybe I had a bad experience. I grew up here in Anaheim and have been eating at taquerias forever, and this place is outshined by other better traditional taquerias in the area (down the street). You shouldnt be walking out of a restaurant/taqueria paying over $20 for two small street tacos a side of fried plátanos and a drink. Wouldnt reccomend.

Coolest and most different taco shop Ive ever been too. Try the Anaheim burger taco, its Amazing! Its the kind of place that makes you excited as you are ordering the food. And the customer service was the best. They excitedly explained everything in detail to me. Im only here for a couple days but Ill be back before I go home to San Francisco.

My absolute favorite place! Chef Jimmy is amazing! and so are the employees, everyone is always so friendly. The Salmon Poke is the absolute best, as well as the Jumbo Prawn Tacos, salads etc. The service is always top notch and the food is so delicious. You wont regret eating here!

This place is so cool. Its got the most original tacos ever & theyre so healthy for you too. Everything is handmade & gives you a modern twist on a Mexican dish. If you havent tried this place yet, you should. You wont regret it.
