I usually like Olive Garden and will give some leeway for mistakes because everyone has a bad day now and then. Sadly my last experience at the Lynnwood Olive Garden went beyond someone making a basic mistake because of a bad day. For two diners we asked to split the braised beef and tortellini and the appetizer sampler. When the food came out the braised beef (pre-split for us) was lukewarm, just warm enough to be edible. The stuffed mushrooms (which Ive had many times before) were cool, even in the middle when we cut one in half. The calamari, another staple for us, was visibly underdone (the breading was too light and was still soft) and also cool. The only hot thing on the table was the lasagna fritta, which was also the only part of the appetizer we felt safe enough to eat. We sent the rest of the appetizer back (we both agreed the tortellini was acceptable, barely) and when it was returned to us a few minutes later it was obvious they had just stuck it under the warmer or in an oven for a bit. It was barely warmer and the calamari in particular was just as unappealing as before. We rejected it outright and the manager agreed to take it off our bill. There was never an offer to prepare a fresh batch of calamari or mushrooms and we both had the impression the manager thought we were complaining about nothing. Even the bill was wrong, as there was a charge for a soup and salad from another diner (fortunately easy to clear up). The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because the salad and breadsticks were good.

1/2016Lipstick on every glass! A little mono with your beverage anyone? UPDATE 7 8 2016 update Sticky dirty table...muggy atmosphere...breadsticks hard...not fresh baked...Ishmael (Ish) our server was younger guy.....he was great...attentive to our needs..he wasnt fake....had a genuine pleasantness about him...he fulfilled all our requests promptly and didnt forget anything! He was also attentive to the other guests equally as he was to our table. On the other hand; Host with long nasty beard smells like BO..really bad...yummy! This particular Olive Garden seems to have cleanliness issues. Which is why I left it at the top of my review. The food was good I had the Northern Tour...service excellent.. but the gym like body order and muggy air with a sticky table...just ruins a meal.I simply cannot give it more than a single star...even the gym locker room attendants are nice and pleasant...but this is a place for eating...if the basics are denied Im sorry but its a fail...clean the place up and pump in some fresh air...get the host some pit stick and a razor. Side note: Im picky about my experiences and cant do stinky...so FOR ME...this sucked...both times.

I use to love Olive Garden, until my waiter stole my credit card and then used it to buy his gas the next day. When I called the manager to complain, she called the waiter and asked him about my card. He said that he gave it to me. 1st off, why would you call the waiter? Did you expect him to admit to stealing it? 2nd, how is that he remembers giving my card to me when he serves over 30 people every night? The manager, Sarah, told me that she would look at the cameras, AFTER I filed a police report. I was not happy with her treating me like a liar. I wrote to the corporate office and was told the general manager would contact me in 5 business days. After 7 business days, still no call. I wrote to them again and expressed concern...the next day, Sarah, the manager, called me and left a voice mail. I tried to call her back for 3 hours and the line was busy the whole time. I AM DONE TRYING TO FIX THIS WITH THEM! I wasnt that mad about the card thing, I was mad about being called a liar and now I will never be able to eat at my favorite place. Their loss!

Sadly disappointed at this recent visit. It has been a long time since our last visit, but we had good memories of this chain. The service was awkward and took longer than expected. The main issue was the food. We found none of the quality that we remembered from previous visits. Our soup was not too bad, however the breadsticks were certainly from a box. Our cheese dip was unremarkable. For my dish I had a peach glazed chicken. Canned peaches and likely frozen, thin, dry chicken filets made up the majority of the dish. My wife had the Chicken Marsala. This was at least a chicken breast, though still likely frozen and poor quality. The entire atmosphere was what we remembered and expected - family dining. The experience was not unpleasant except for the food. It simply seems like Olive Garden has resorted to cutting costs to stay afloat, thus sacrificing any quality they once had. We wont likely be back, not because there was an issue with service, but because there are many higher quality places in the area that cost less.

We had dinner this evening at the Lynnwood, WA Olive Garden Restaurant. My daughter was the only person who had shrimp in her meal. They were obviously having troubles in the kitchen because they first delivered meals that were not ours. My daughter asked where her meal was because all of the rest of us had our dinners. They said: "Oh we are so sorry, Ill put a rush on it". During dinner my daughter started to get a stomach-ache. We left about twenty minutes later and my daughter barely made it home in the car. She lives about 1-1/2 miles away. After she got home she had very severe cramps and visited the restroom ten times in a 20 minute time. We all believe that she was given food poisoning judged by the fact that when they had reordered her dinner, it was put in front of her in 8-9 minutes from the time she mentioned it. I am going to go directly to the management tomorrow and tell them that they need to get things more under control in the kitchen before someone sues them when the same thing happens again.

Cane here for my burthday dinner and Im glad I did! I am always rooting for Olive Garden when it comes to picking out a restaurant to go to, which is not very often! How can you go wrong with pasta SMOTHERED in cheese?? Comfort food at its finest! 1. Going out to dinner with an 18 month old toddler is always an eventful experience, especially when hes getting tired and hungrier by the minute. Yes, the food took Libbey than we wouldve liked, but the tables were full and the wait list never stopped getting longer. It was a busy night for all the staff so I cant blame them. 2. Our server was quick to check on us while we waited for our meals, mak8ng sure to keep salad and breadsticks on the table. He was effecient, but not overly effecient by maintaining good time management. 3. Server was also very friendly & always smiling, despite the mess made by our son. Seemed to really enjoy his job! Overall, great experience dining here, as always!!

Today my family and I had lunch here and for about 15 minutes we were not being helped not even water was offered. We decided to leave peacefully we were so hungry and no one was helping so we just walked out, no one noticed except for the girl who seated us and I believe one of the managers Kenny (remember this name he was amazing) Kenny stopped us outside heard what happened told us lunch was on the house. We didnt want to make this a big deal we just wanted to eat lunch to celebrate something that happened today. Kenny took the time out to hear us out and treated us like royalty for lunch. He also had the sweetest bartender and waitress help us her name is Nicole, we for sure felt super loved with her. I recommend going here and if you have Kenny or Nicole helping you let me tell you you are in good hands!! Thank you for lunch today!
