This was the second IHOP Ive visited since the one in New Jersey which wasnt so amazing. However, IHOP has been one our favorite places for breakfast ever since I visited this one multiple times. Food: A high quality food is very important, especially when it is a breakfast, because nothing is worse than a bad meal to start the day. And IHOP does a good enough job of ensuring a good start to the day. Ive been here multiple times and tried their spinach mushroom omelette, garden omelette, berries and cream belgian waffles, blackberry and vanilla double dipped brioche french toast, regular bread toasts and original buttermilk pancakes. I have loved almost all the items, except the french toast. Given that IHOP is a chain, ideally there shouldnt be much difference in their food between two outlets. However, this one, in particular, makes better breakfast when I made the same order (spinach mushroom omelette with original buttermilk pancakes) - compared to their New Jersey outlet. Their waffles is a must try as they taste brilliant and I particularly loved their presentation. Omelettes are good and very heavy to stomach. Ambiance: The place is quite good in terms of ambiance. The lighting is perfect and the cleanliness is quite good too. Nothing very different in terms of ambiance, given that its a chain. Service: I have been to this place at extreme times - once when I was the only customer in the entire restaurant and another time when there was about 5-10 minutes waiting. However, the place is managed really well and the staff is good. The service is a little slow, so expect a good amount of wait time once youve placed your order.

I used to come here often when I lived in Lewisville. Now a year later the service here is just as bad as it was back then. We were the only table for nearly the entire duration of our visit. It took an absurd amount of time to get our pancakes and when we got them mine had a bunch of uncooked batter in the middle. It took about another 15-20 minutes to get a new pancake after we sent it back. During that wait time our drinks were empty and we were not checked on. There was a group of 3 employees plus the manager gathered around a table talking about nothing. After several attempts to flag down an employee politely we finally got refills after yelling at them. I finally got my pancake after everyone else at the table had finished eating and then it took another small eternity to get the bill. This has been a common experience at this location. Clearly the management has no idea what theyre doing because its been the same sad tune no matter which manager is on duty. Ive been given poor to no service and undercooked or downright raw food here multiple times including pancakes, chicken strips, and burgers. The only things they seem to cook within safety are eggs and bacon if you ask for it crispy and then they usually burn it to ash. TLDR; This place sucks, service sucks, food sucks, management sucks, and theyll probably poison you.

Let me start off by saying if u want to feel distracted, your food not made the way you want and ti hear foul words from the staff then this is your place. Our waitress Zoe was lifeless. We were not welcomed when we walked in we sat ourselves and the 1st thing we hear when we sat down was the wait staff talking crap about how no one is ever going to leave a good tip. "Hello maybe its because your talking about it around customers". Then we talked to the "Manager" told him what had happened he seemed the lest bit concerned about whats happened. He never asked how he can make it right or if there was anything he could do to try and fix it. Not that there was but it would have been nice to know he gavea crap. He didnt even ask us to come back to give them another try. We got up to walk out and not a word was said to u no thanks for coming, plz come again nothing. I get better service at McDonalds. Stay away from here.

Went over last week and we had the worst service ever at an ihop. Our waitress was not that great she forgot one of our orders and had to wait another 10 minutes, I also noticed she forgotten someone elses plate at another table. I was also surprised that they charged me for extra orange juice when on the menu it clearly says that refills are free for orange juice, instead of honoring the menu their response was "it was print out error" if that was the case than they shouldve noted that on their host table or at least tell the customers before hand. I wont be returning to this ihop location after this situation and next time I will either go to Dennys or the Waffle House but if I do I will try to go to a different location.

Went last night and it is wasnt busy at all, but there was no hostess whatsoever and my party as well as another one had been waiting for 5 or 10 minutes. Finally, I walked up to a waiter and asked if they had a hostess. He said "Nah, man. When we get a chance well seat you, but theres no point when we can serve you, naw what I mean?" I dont know what he means. But he was rude and very dismissive. Not even the slightest apology and couldnt be bothered to make eye contact. My party and the other one left. Likely wont be visiting this IHOP in the future.

We usually go out of our way to go to this location because they have better service than other IHOPs we have been to. Tonight was no different, BUT then the floor manager was scolding our waitress in the dining area, she kept a pleasant facial expression through it all even though his scolding continued through several trips to & from tables. This manager needs to learn how to professionally coach. He made several customers feel uncomfortable, and I can only imagine how she felt. Great morale booster, Mr. Manager.

The service is horrible. Went there and waited 20 minutes to get my order taken with only 2 tables me being the first table to be there then another customer arrived. I had to walk in the kitchen to ask them if I was going to get any service. The manager quickly answered I only have 1 server.... Okay but you only have 2 tables. Then after food was served my sons plate which I had ordered him the cheeseburger sliders and fries had a hair in the fries.. Overall very bad service. Would not go there again.

Quite literally some of the worst service Ive ever experienced. The waitress forgot one of our drinks and forgot the condiments we asked for. We didnt receive them until I asked the manager for them and he didnt apologize for the service or ask us if we needed anything else. Its also important to note that at no point throughout our stay was the restaurant ever busy. If youre looking for anything above substandard service just keep on driving.

8 This place dont even deserve one damn star. 30 mins for a table and they wont that busy. I had to order my food by dialing there business number told them to bring my food to the table where the host should be. Our Waiter did not even acknowledge us. We were passing thru on our way to Springfield,Missouri. Thus is the worst IHOP Ive ever been to. Update.... then to top it off I got food poisoning from this place
