Well my first time I came here I asked for "An extra couple packets of Ketchup and Mayo". I even apoligize for inconviencing them before I asked for the packets as I was aware there was a line behind me. she then proceeds to ive me one packet of each when I specfically said a couple. She then asks "How many packets do you need?" in a very exaspirated and annoyed manner. Then months later, my second time. I order 2 sandwhichs (I believe a #1 and #4 with no pickles). I paid and then they gave me the order of the person behind me. I didnt realize this until I went all the way home. I went back and told them and they replaced it. I was annoyed but Mistakes happen and I tried to be as courteous as possible, especially because they were very busy. I then go home to find they got the #4 correct but gave me a completely different burger for my second order. I wasnt going to drive back so I called,(very much fustrated and annoyed at this point) I explained the situation and informed them I would come back tomorrow to get my burger. The person on the phone was kind and said he woud leave a note in the managers office. I come back the next day and I explain to them the stiuation and that I need a #1 with no pickles. They gave me my sandwich and I went home. Lucky Im not the kind of person to ask for extra compensation cause this was ridiculous. then to add insult to injury, I go home and there are pickles in my burger. Now thats not that big of a deal, I can just take them off, but the fact that the staff was aware of the problems they caused me and even then refused to even caterer to the simplest of requests. If thats how they treat a customer who they have already screwed over, I can only imagine how the would treat a normal customer.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. How in the hell are people like this going to ask to be paid $15 an hour but they cant even get a simple order right??? 2 nights straight we had our orders messed up completely! 2 NIGHTS IN A ROW! Not to mention how rude and nasty the "manager" was. After I told her what was going on she said, "I understand what you are telling me, but what do you want me to do about it?" SERIOULSY? YOU are the manager! You tell me what needs to be done to a customer who has had such an awful experience! Obviously, the people that work third shift cant understand proper English since you ask them for no tomatoes or ranch and you still get it. Then get attitude from the employees. Thats why yall are getting paid what people who actually busy their ass off make. I will never go back to this establishment. I refuse! And I spend close to $30 every time I come as we have a lot of people we order for. Pathetic how people are treated. Get the wax out of your ears, do your job properly, then maybe, just maybe, this store will be something.

CONSTANTLY messes up food orders on late night. We will order a chicken sandwich and end up with a cheese burger; order tacos and get cheese sticks; ask for bbq sauce and get sweet and sour. One night they messed up our order, burger was wrong and we were missing 2 items completely. I called up there and spoke to a guy who said he was the cook AND the manager. He was rude, basically said he made the food and I was lying. Real great customer service, ha! For the price of the food they serve, they should at least try to fulfill the order. They need to teach customer service skills to those who answer the phone! Why would we lie about missing food? We were already home and didnt even want it at that point, didnt want anything free or anything like that... just wanted to let them know.... so what would be our motivation for lying about it??! We wont be back!

The service was terrible just like last time. The guy taking orders at the drive thru is so rude. You cant understand him, he always gets the order wrong. I wanted a #8 with mayo only. He entered lettus only. He did not tell us how much the total was. When we got to the window he just held his hand out. We gave him money, when we tried to tell him the order was wrong he turned his back and ignored us. When he came with the food we tried to tell him again and he turned his back again. And we didnt get a recipt so i dont know his name or even the store number. Hey! Jack in the box! You want to know why your Google rating is 2.7?! It because of this jerk! And the "sweet tea" is as sour as cat piss

I didnt give it two stars because I felt bad for the kid working the drive thru. But he couldnt understand me because he said the speaker has too much static. This is suppose to be FAST food, but a simple order took about 15 minutes with only TWO cars in front of me. If you want to give people good service, you have to do maintenance on your machines including your drive through speaker and headphones. I cant even get mad at the kid who took my order because I blame the manager for not making sure equipment works. By the way, Im writing this long review while I wait for my turn to pay. Now theres just one car in front of me.

I would definitely give no stars if I could. Ive never been to a jack in the box that didnt have the concept of fast food early in the morning down. I pulled into the drive through at 3:50 and waited for a long time before the first car moved up. Assuming it was that car that was slow I thought things would get faster I was wrong the car in front of me must have waited 30 minutes (well he probably waited longer) after the car behind me left I was able to back oh if the line and leave. I never even got to place an order. I waited for an hour! I was extremely disappointed in the jack in the box location!

Went through the drive thru and forgot to order curly fries with burger for my 2 year old (that was in the back seat). When I got to the window and told her I needed to add fries she told me it wasnt fair to the people behind me & that I had to go around and back through the drive thru to order anything else. Aside from this she acted like it was a problem that I even asked. As angry as that made me, I did so just for her to tell me they were out of curly fries. "Summer needs a new job that dont involve customer service.

Worst service in Spartanburg. Every time I come to this location they are always out of what I want. No rice no pita bread no shakes like who does your ordering? Please fire them because this has been like this for the longest. Also, the customer service is non existent. Waited for five minutes to order at the drive up then you cant even get the number right on what I wanted. Does a number 12 sound like a number 7????
