Im so glad to see a place like this in Cuyahoga Falls! Craft is an upscale, well, beer bar (obviously) - no Miller Lite or Yuengling here. Their drafts change regularly, & the bartender will make recommendations based on what you already know you like. Its a nice space - a little bit small? - & has a sort of cozy, posh-dive feel to it - well lit but not TOO well lit, spacious bar, a few high-top tables & some booths tucked away for quieter conversation. Also a plus: Everyone who works here seems to be really friendly & helpful. They were accommodating of our very large party one night, & the bartender didnt get mad at us when our friend got sick in the bathroom past closing time. Its the food that Im not so sure about yet. Their menu attempts to be as upscale as their beer offerings, though frankly I feel its falling a little bit short so far. Im willing to pay extra for something really good, but right now, Craft doesnt feel like its quite there... & so it doesnt quite feel worth the price, at least food-wise. Their poutine, for example, has rave reviews but is wildly inconsistent when you order it - sometimes made with bacon, sometimes not; sometimes made with Brussels sprouts, sometimes not; usually not enough cheese, etc. Its pretty tasty regardless, but you never know what youre going to get; Id like to see some streamlining so that you know what to expect when you order it. Their meatball sandwich is good, but its light on meatballs & heavy on white bread, not quite worth the pricetag; friends have made similar comments about other menu items. Im also not thrilled that once, when I told the bartender I like one-note lagers, he gave me a sample of a VERY dark beer. Dude, know your audience. I know this is an upscale craft beer bar, but if someone tells you she usually drinks Yuengling, dont give her a sample of something closer to Guinness. Bottom line is that I like Craft, am excited about its existence, & will continue to come back. But Id like to see them step it up a bit & even out so that I can like it even more than I already do.

If your are going to serve food, and have a "fancy" menu to separate your establishment from "pub fare" train your employees in customer service. Off peak hours, 30 minutes for a burger, didnt eat the overcooked fries. Tender was fine with charging me full price when I told her I didnt like the fries and didnt eat them. I could hear the loud kitchen staff the whole time talking, its probably why a burger took 30 minutes off peak and the fries were probably in the fryer that whole time. They were already outside hanging out when I walked up thirty minutes after open on a weekday. Why did I pay full price for food I didnt eat? Well, your untrained server still got a 25 percent tip because she cant help it if you dont train her. Dumb down your fare or increase your service. Ill never be back. Wasted time/money. Good beer selection though. After thoughts. The bun was the wrong shape for the burger. I asked how they sourced the meat after I was told the "cooks" recommend medium. Really? Dont know how the brisket is sourced, they dont smoke it themselves, but you think I should eat it undercooked? Pretend restaurant. No thanks.

O my, where to begin? To me, a great reuben needs three things: 1- Quality of the ingredients, proper 2- Proper quantity of each ingredient 3- Proper ratio of each ingredient so you taste each part. Craft Beer Bars Reuben had it all plus some. I cant stress enough how they hit each of those points with unreal precision. Without a doubt the best reuben Ive had in my entire life. Everything was perfect. (Also, side note, it tastes just as good the next day, INSANE!) Their beer selection was on point as well. If I could give Craft Beer Bar greater than 5 stars I would. A special shout out to Lauren, our waitress, for the amazing service and recommending the reuben, Evan, the chef responsible for this amazing meal, and Aaron, the brainiac responsible for the fantastic menu. I will be returning in the near future for sure! Until next time!

I really like this place. The food that Ive gotten here has always been delicious (a bit pricey, but I come to expect that from places that sell good beer). The place is a bit small, and seems crowded every weekend, but Ive always made reservations and my table is always ready for me. They always have a good selection of craft beer (youre not going to find cocktails or cheap beer here). The bartenders are always very knowledgeable about beer and what they think youd like and they take good care of you. My only complaint is that because the place is smaller it makes the noise level pretty high when its busy, but thats typical of most bars. I always look forward to coming here and cant wait to go again!

This is a cozy hang-out just across the street from the Sheraton in the Falls. The craft beer selection was good and the service was very friendly and knowledgeable about the styles they had on hand. The food selection was limited but complimented their lager and ale selections nicely. Do not come here if your looking for a craft cocktail selection.

Nice selection of beers and super cool/trendy decor (bathroom is a must see). However, ordered bacon guacamole, which was okay, only, the chips were VERY greasy! We asked for new chips and one server (not ours) said "I dont think theyre that bad". Fine, she can eat them! Fresh chips were good and the pretzel small plate wasnt too bad.

Beer selection solid. Terrible service, extremely rude waitress. Drinks were sitting on the bar and our waitress waited roughly 15-20 min to grab them and then would check on us once being there for an hour. When we asked for a check she said "another round? Awesome" Should have sat at the bar. Also low selection on any liquor.

Great place. Liz has taken care of us before. As an experienced restaurant manager I will say she is so genuine and sincere that it makes me want to come back more frequently! Good drink and food is one thing but its all about the service! Thanks Liz

GREAT STAFF, GREAT AMBIANCE! If nothing, go for the Poutine. Total guilty pleasure. If I were to make a suggestion, dont try to reinvent the wheel with the beer choices... Stick with solid IPAs and steer clear of the weird flavored ones...

Dont pay attention to the kitchen hours or the bar hours because they very by volume. Second time Ive been saddened by this. Maybe call first to see if theyre closing early, staff will gladly let you know if they are closing early.

Beer selection was decent. Enjoyed the variety of Sours, Pale ales, IPAs and Stouts. The food was basic and really bland. So if your going for just the beer then enjoy. Eat before you go. 3 stars are for the beer selection.

Just go for the beer selection. Food is not good whatsoever. Guacamole is purée thats been sitting around who knows how long, the chicken shawarma tastes like just bland cooked chicken with humus supply for half the dish.

Delicious food and my waiter was really friendly! Lots of beer to choose from. Great atmosphere. Will definitely go back. Though my carrots in the veggie medley were tuff and woody, the poutine alone was worth the trip!
