I have been to City Winery numerous times and have never felt it to be a five star but have felt it, at times to be a zero. If it wasnt for the artist they get I am not sure they would survive. I have worked within the music world for a long time and I get having to maximize space but it is WAY to tight to sit so forget about trying to sit and eat their good but overpriced food. Obviously its NYC so the prices are a bit higher and not insane and they have some pretty good things on the menu but trying to eat in that atmosphere is horrible and uncomfortable to say the least. Additionally the last time I was there I was on the bands guest list and they didnt even seat our party together which is pretty unreal; four people and they gave each person a single seat spread throughout the building. Not only that then they moved two of us (who were not together) 3 times because they had seated us incorrectly. Eventually we just went to the bands dressing room. Outside of that it is a nice place, good selections of wine and alcohol and if you went there for something like a wine dinner or a show that wasnt overly popular maybe youd get a little more space.

No complaints! I was staying at the Hilton Garden Inn connected to AOA and decided last minute to eat here. I was not disappointed… One thing that confused me was the menu in the room, the menu displayed at the entrance in the hotel lobby and the menu I actually received when I sat down were all different. For starters I got the focaccia bread which was excellent. It was topped with olive oil and herbs. For my main dish I got the margarita pizza which was also tasty. The menu had a good selection. My server was nice and the food out quickly, which I would hope because I think I was only person eating there.

This is my favorite lunch/after work spot! The beer selection is unmatched and ever-changing. The owner talked us thorough the whole thing - what a great guy! He clearly has a passion for quality, international beers. The food is clean, handmade and DELICIOUS! The falafel and the pizza are to die for! A plus is that they have amazing vegan options including pizza (just ask), an incredible Thai Tofu Wrap and the best Asian inspired Kale Salad Ive ever had! Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend this super cool sports bar!

I came here with a group of friends to have a few snacks and drinks before our Friday night festivities got started. The service was very slow. My friend waited about 20 minutes to receive his beer after the rest of us had gotten ours. Our food also took a long time to receive (a mushroom pizza and the spinach and artichoke dip). The pizza was a bit cool in the center. The spinach and artichoke dip was very good. Its an okay place but nothing exceptional. I dont think Ill be rushing to come back.

There was something wrong with their taps where all it was pouring was foam. The bartender then preceded to keep filling glasses until she got enough in the glass to serve it. Not only did I get flat beer but the bartender ended up breaking one of the glasses over the beer she was pouring and she ended up serving those glasses!! I asked to see the manager and I waited for 45 min, the manager never came. Here is a tip, do not serve flat beer with glass in it. I would never go here again.

I wouldnt eat here again if you paid me. My wife and I ordered steaks which were the worst I have ever tasted. We ate only a few mouthfuls and called the waitress over. The manager came out and offered only 20% off the bill. I offered to pay for one meal as we had hardly eaten anything. Turned out the restaurant is next to a police station so she got 4 of her police mates to come and talk to us. We either pay the bill or go with them!! totally humiliating. Nice one NYC!!

Families visiting NYC Tenement Museum also dine here b/c they care about History of NYC and the humble pizza is for everybody but also here its upscale version in a Gastropub cum Sportsbar, Hotel Restaurant that serves up an amazing variety of phenomenal Craft Beers. Also, the guys from Google lunch here ! There is a a special Breakfast Buffet for those who know starting your day off you are what you eat--and at AOA I give them an A+ rating--Teachers always right !

Had a great time at lunch here today with a friend. They dont seem to be very busy during weekday lunch hours, which is nice. (The crowd was mostly made up of businessmen on their lunch break.) I tried the Warm Goat Cheese Salad, and he had a seafood pasta. We were both very happy with the food, and the only complaint I have is that despite the small crowd, my waitress didnt refill my water until she delivered the check!

Great little restaurant/bar attached to the Tribeca Hilton Garden Inn. Breakfasts for the hotel are served here. These were some of the best breakfasts Ive had when staying at a Hilton. If you are staying in NYC, or just passing through and need a bite, I definitely suggest trying this place out. And, there is a great subway station directly outside, that can take you to Midtown and Uptown.

Food is less than great to say the least, poor drink selection. To make matters worst, they over charged my credit card 25 dollars, just because the noticed that I left both receipts on the table and forgot to take my copy of the receipt. Therefore, they figured lets over charge him, if he says anything he has no proof. There are plenty of places to go in NY, stay out of this one.

Dont believe a single review. Horrible food. Like I cant stress how bad it really was. My party got a Carb Cake sandwich and St. Louis Style ribs. Our server didnt even check on us until she was ready to get our check. If you are in New York for vacation dont waste one of your valuable times out at this restraunt.

Ive been there with friends after work and it definitely will be my go to place to watch sport . 106 beers from all over the world

Came here for a company outing after-party. The restaurant is super spacious - great for large parties like us. The cocktails are about $14. They also have these monstrous cocktail...bowls (?!) that feeds 3-4 souls. I would come here for my own friends gatherings but probably wouldnt bring a date haha.

We had a fantastic evening at AOA! We came in a large group. The staff was so professional and accommodating (especially the manager Angel and our server Damien). Everyone raved about the food(even my friend who is Vegan and Gluten free)! The menu is extensive and delicious!

We had the breakfast here every morning while we stayed in the Hilton Garden Inn next door. It was a really good breakfast buffet, and they even offered to make omelettes. Timing is important though, because one morning we got there a bit late and the food was not optimal.
