I went there with my date for my birthday dinner. What a disaster... We sat on the patio, the accommodations were very nice, as were the server, busser, and back waiter. We got the menus, including the wine menu which looked liked it was typed on a dot matrix printer. The pages were torn off the rings in the binder and any 4th grade student could do a better job putting it together. We ordered a NY Strip, bone in, medium rare. It came out rare as can be. We sent it back and and all they did was char the outside, not bringing it to my requested temp. I had to track down the floor manager and express my utter disappointment that I cant get a steak cooked properly and they are known for being a steak house. Well, the third times the charm with our dinner and it came out correct. They attempted to bring some normalcy to our dinner by donating two glasses of champagne. That was a nice touch. The floor manager who brought our wine was so not skilled in wine service, that it was almost embarrassing. When we got our steak for the first time, it was brought to the wrong table. For the price, you can get much better service and steaks at other places in Las Vegas. We wont be coming back here again.

The service was very good,. A four, not a five. This is the waiters fault as he was just too robotic and not attentive enough. The assistant waiter was great-attentive and charming. The food was good, not great or even very good. I had the longer-aged rib-eye and my son had the longer-aged strip steak. They both were bland and his medium well request came medium rare but being a 13-year old, he didnt care all that much. My rib-eye was cooked exactly right but just had no taste. I guess its a clear sign when they bring an au jus gravy boat with the meal. They also had 3 specialty salts, including a house blend. This salt is VERY strong. My comment on the bland test obviously was before and independent of my adding a little salt only to RUSH drowning my mouth with water. Seriously, very STRONG salt (greenish color) with the himalayan pink being not too far behind,. Salad with blue cheese was pretty small compared to the wedges other steak houses offer. For $210.00 incl. tip, and with no appetizer, no alcohol, I came away thinking not a great value. I would not return.

This place was absolutely terrible. I was just there this past weekend and me and 7 of my friends all went to get a nice steak dinner. We all ordered but when the food came nobody got the correct order, and none of the steaks were cooked correctly either. I ordered well done but my stake was rare and my friends that ordered rare got stakes that were well done. When we talk to the waitress she brought the manager over and he had no idea what to say other than. "Well what do you want me to do about this". As a manager you never ask your customers what he should do about it, find a solution and fix it yourself. He also went on to say that hes fired employees for mistakes like this making us all extremely uncomfortable the rest of the time until we had to pay our bill. We did order apps and because some of the stake was eaten he charged us for the two most expensive stakes that nobody even ate. Horrible, horrible service and so disappointed in how they treated us. DO NOT go here.

We sat on the patio outside. Dinner for 2 of us was $210. Service was fine, the view from the patio overlooking the strip and the pirate show at treasure island was fabulous. But unfortunately, the food was utterly disappointing. Both of our steaks were slighly overcooked, and they came out sitting in the middle of a plate by themselves. Odd. We ordered two sides, and both were mediocre. The worst part was the sauce. Id envisioned a great steak with a yummy sauce and some fabulous potatoes. Umm ya no. Its not that the sauce was bad per se, it wasnt anything. It had no taste. My buddy with me felt similarly. We were so disappointed. Avoid at all costs - for the money, theres MUCH better restaurants in Vegas.

Absolutely terrible!. Fillets were the quality of a sirloin. Definitely not worth 1/4 of their ridiculous $50 price. Good, if they called it a sirloin. Not in the class of restaurant they claim to be. Service was even worse. Waiters "served" the bottled water we paid for - and discarded both bottles before they were empty; they probably didnt think wed notice. A simple desert took 20 minutes, during which time all three of the waiters they claimed would be serving us avoided us completely. It appeared that they knew it was late and just didnt want to give us a chance to talk to them. I could provide even more details, but they are just more examples of poor quality food for the price and poor service.

There are 100s of fine dining restaurants in Las Vegas and if you are thinking about Morels, keep searching. This place is terrible. The atmosphere is nice and has a great patio overlooking the strip, and thats about all it has going for it. The service was horrific. We had 3 different waiters and none of them were attentive or friendly. The food was horrifically over priced. Their "special" was almost $80 per person and was bland. Our total bill for a party of four was almost $600. This did not include any wine or drinks. I dont have a problem paying that much for dining if its worth it, but this was definitely not. Poor food and poorer service. Save your time and money and eat somewhere else.

We have stayed at a great many Las Vegas properties, and all of them have been nice, but The Palazzo is our number one choice. Our favorite part of The Palazzo is Morels French Steakhouse and Bistro. We ate breakfast/brunch there every morning of our last trip and loved it every time. The food and ambience were great, but the best part was the waitstaff and management. Our server, Tino, was one of the most professional and personable wait persons that we have ever met. He not only took care of us every day like we were family, but we feel like we made a life long friend.

Dinner for 2 was $200+. We sat on the patio outside, and the view from the patio overlooking the strip was nice. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. Both of our steaks were slightly overcooked. We each ordered baked potatoes and both were barely warm. The "steak sauce" tasted like beef bullion...cheap beef bullion. I had a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon, which I asked my server to pick, and I was served an average $10/bottle wine, for $16/glass. I can honestly say we had a better steak dinner 2 nights later, at a friends house.

Very polite and quick service! My gentleman and I arrived, no reservation, during what was a very busy night for them with CES, but they still went out of their way to make a place for us out on the patio with a great view of the strip. The server was quick and kind with explanations to all of our questions, and the food was great. It is a pricey meal but its worth it, definitely expect to pay just a little bit more for high quality. We would eat there again!
