Went to Buffalo Tap in Savage to TRY to get lunch today after church. The greedy owners have decided to charge everyone $20.00 cover charge simply to enter the restaurant due to the fact that there is a Packers game on television. The 20 per head is simply cover - you get nothing for it. For the 9 of us it would have been $180.00 to get the honor of then ordering and paying for food on top of that. Since we always order appetizers, meals, beverages and desserts when we go out, this seems an unwise move financially for the owners and managers to make seeing as #1 we went and spent our money with a competitor of theirs in the south of the river restaurant area that DIDNT incorrectly feel that their atmosphere was worth 20.00 per head and #2 we will be sharing our experience with social media and others and #3 they alienated 9 Savage locals that were customers of theirs simultaneously. In recent times, the food and beverage prices have been continuously rising (I paid $8.00 for a craft beer there one evening), the food quality has been steadily declining and the service has gotten slower and slower. It is disappointing to see the obviously poor and short sighted decision making that led them to believe that charging 20.00 admission per person to a restaurant was a good idea. We like supporting local and family owned businesses - sadly it seems that this is one that we will be no longer be supporting and sharing our experience with others so that they may do likewise.

I went with my cousin one friday night, he swore the play was soooo great! Unfortunately I took his word and me and my bro went with him. Upon arrival we were greeted by a waitress that look like she was straight out the trailer park. She suggested the cheese curds so we got some of them first....Nasty! I think the state fair curds are better than these!!!! then we went with the order of 22 hot wings....they came out and it looked like someone had dumped 5 cans of wing sauce all over the plate....they were the messiest wings Ive ever seen. Meanwhile my cousin drank one giant mug of budweiser (on my tab)and he proceeded to order a second mud which I knew he would not finish. He did finish the second and when all was said and done she slapped a bill on the table for almost 50 bucks. I was thinking about a great steak dinner the whole time. The worst part of the night was right after I had walked out the door I started having serious digestive problems......holding my bowls, while driving, for the duration of the 15 min trip back to my cousins house. I immediately ran to the toilet in the basement which was ice cold because I dont even think there is a heating vent in there! After a nightmare of horrific noises I continued to have mudbutt for most of that night...returning to the bathroom 2 more times before I was able to make it back to my place!!!! Please stay away from this place and your stomach with thank you!!!!!!!!!

We were frequent visitors to other places that focused on buffalo wings until we found the Buffalo Tap. Their choices of sauces are excellent the quality of the meat is way above and beyond other places. The selection of beer on tap is also above average. The service here is excellent as well. This place really has a local feel and we get recognized by the servers when we come in. It can get a bit busy at times, especially during sporting events, but weve never waited an unreasonable amount of time for our food or drinks. This is a great place to come and watch the local sports teams (including the Packers). They have great specials going on during sporting events like discounts on drinks when the home team scores. Theres a game room where you can plan arcade games as well as X-Box on TVs. We love the food, the specials, friendly service and atmosphere. Were sure to return again and again.

I went to Buffalo Tap to try it out, as I had been told it had great food and fun service. Our server was far from nice and, at best, checked on us ONE time after our food came. The burgers were good, not great, but good. I would say the beers were good...but that is generally the case regardless of where you go. During the one time our server came to the table I was talking to her and was told that ownership changed a few years back...but that she wasnt happy with the owner. Being told negative things about the owner while dining there didnt make me super happy to want to go back either. She said he was grumpy and didnt treat the staff very well. A few minutes after that, while we still had food on the table and empty drinks, she plopped the bill on the table and said to let her know if we needed change. Guess we werent allowed to have another beer. ?? Wont be going back...

The food here can only be described with one word: lazy. I started out my lunch with a small order of buffalo wings, which were somewhat cold, not crispy whatsoever, and can be likened to either pizza hut delivery wings or the frozen kind that you microwave. I then had the bison burger, and to be fair Ive never had bison for so I didnt know what to expect, but the bacon was completely rubbery and had clearly been inadequately warmed up in the microwave. The waitress got one of our other orders completely wrong, and because the food had taken 40 minutes to come out the first time, we did not want to wait around for them to prepare the correct order. Also, after lunch here, the food will send your stomach/intenstines into a dark place.

I rated it a 3 because every time I go in there the elderly bar tender Shawna is just ridiculously angry and upset. While I was there she rolled her eyes twice, complained about the servers in the back, and stomped around the place as if she were having a temper tantrum of some kind. It was weird and uncomfortable. I was honestly scared to ask for my check, and when I did she was gracious enough to point out that she had a hard time getting an extra soda off my order. I accidentally ordered a coke and switched it to beer. I told her I was sorry a second time. I hope that at least helped her feel better. Honestly this happened to Grandma too, when she wouldnt get her naps she was very cranky.

Small spot tucked just off 13. Small parking lot is usually packed so park in the free parking just behind the fire station across the street (make sure you park in the spots labeled for city parking and not the fire department parking spots). Inside the walls are covered in all kinds of random stuff to keep the eyes wandering. Nice tap selection with a good number of micro brews for those not satisfied by your typical Budweiser and Miller. Menu is fairly large although many of the items are similar such as all their buffalo burgers and juicy lucys. Food was good and the pricing is decent. Staff are attentive and friendly. Overall a nice spot for a beer and a burger.

Went in to have a beer. Payed it . Tipped 2 $. Kost were 9$. Ordered a burger and a nother beer. Ate and drank and was billed 21 something. Put 25$ by my bill and left. Good food and good beer. Suddenly, when outside i heard the waiter skreaming at me that i had an open tab. I told him that i payed and everyting was good. He yelled that i should not run from my bill, so i went after and pointed at the desk where the bill and the money still were present. It was the worst any could do. I always pay my debts.
