Ive been a manager at a restaurant for a few years now. I always try to be patient with everyone in the industry, I know how it is to be busy or understaffed, etc. Last night, my group of 5 came in to eat before our movie. We saw it was a bit busy, nearly every table was full. We informed the hostess that there were 5 of us, possibly 6. She said there would be a short wait. Fine. After about 15 minutes, a family of 5 came in,the hostess also noted that there would be a short wait. another 10 minutes, another group of 5 guys came in. Both of these parties were seated before us. We were literally are the front of the line in full view of the nearly 6 employees making eye contact with us. After almost 40-45 minutes of waiting, we asked why we werent seated, they claimed because they thought we had 6 people total that there wasnt any place to seat us... *facepalm*, not to mention the fact that both of the parties "before" us were seated at 6 person tables... I even had time to call the nearby Applebees to see if they had tables for 6, which they did. Big mistake coming here, I guess. The manager was then involved and informed us that there was a booth available and it would be tight but we could have it if we wanted too. Probably the sort of thing they could have asked us had we been offered one of the tables that seated 6 people. (?) We were eventually seated at a table... that being said, our drink orders took far longer than they should have considering it was mostly waters at the table, two of us even got alcoholic beverages from the bar *before* the water made it there. We had 3 separate employees, and a manager come by to ask if weve been helped/our order was taken yet, after replying "no", they all walked away looking for someone else. It wasnt until parts of my party were loudly snarking comments over the crowds cheering that someone eventually came over. So 15 more minutes after getting the water, we finally ordered. Needless to say, we were late for our movie missed previews and about 10+ minutes to start. Im not saying that my party was acceptably polite during that experience. We were mad, and upset about the movie which we had left a reasonable amount of time between dinner and the show but somehow ended up being late for. If Im being honest, the staff did not handle us well. Overall, Id say I probably wont go back to that location again. The food wasnt very good, the service I experienced last night was not great by any means. I feel Id rather spend my money at someplace I enjoy and last night proved to me that I wont be coming back.

If I could give it 0 stars I would... Greg (manager) was the most rude and disrespectful person Ive ever had the displeasure of meeting in a professional setting. He needs some serious customer service training. When bringing up an issue with our bill he came to our table arms crossed "we have a problem here." It was over a small charge on a drink. After him blaming it on our server (she was great!) we told him well just leave. Then he said he was going to comp us but since we have an attitude we can "LEAVE HIS RESTAURANT".... (while were already walking out).. Because of him my family and I will never be back, and I continue to tell this story every time Buffalo Wild Wings comes up in conversation. The owner did listen to my complaint and honestly seemed to care. She let us know that she will give us comps, but I was only interested in an apology from Greg. The owner assured me hed call which he never did... I can only hope the reason he didnt is he no longer works there.

Went to this location for lunch today for my mothers birthday. She orders a snack size for free with a birthday cupon, and a small size of another flavor. Instead they come out the snack size and a size of sauce... Then she brings her the wings she wants and adds fries too the order. Keep in mind we already order fries for an appitiser. We get the bill and notice nothing was taken off for her birthday. We speak to the manager and she tries to justify and argue for the waitress who messed up her order many times. I would not recomend this location. worste service i have ever had with any resteraunt. The management needs a change, ive been a manager befor and you never argue with the guest, you comp their meal and try and retain their bussiness. Wouldnt even give this place one star. DO NOT EAT HERE!

The only reason why I would give this location more than zero stars is polite service. Otherwise, everything has gone downhill at this place. The food has been terrible the last few times I went there with my family. Wings never had enough sauce (seems like they always run out and never stock up or just saving up for someone else). Had a chicken sandwich which was uncooked and utterly disgusting. The next time, they brought some pieces of salad and chicken strips on a bun that was simply not possible to assemble into a proper sandwich (not to mention I couldnt digest it after eating and ending up throwing up later in the morning). Onion rings were over cooked or they never change oil for fried stuff. Never going back to this location ever again.

Terrible. Ordered takeout to pick up in 30 minutes (gave me the option for 10). When I showed up there were 2 tables of people eating. Took 5 minutes for the bartender to acknowledge me when there were only 4 other people there. Food was finally ready 27 minutes after the time I ordered it for. Traditional Wings were burnt and some were soaked in sauce. Boneless Wings were under cooked and gave me food poisoning. There was no sorry for the wait when they were not busy at all. Terrible service, terrible kitchen. The only thing they were courteous enough to do was ignore me while I waited, so I had plenty of time to cross out my receipt and leave no tip.

The service and quality I expect from any BWW location. I have been here a couple of times with my 1 year old twins and 5 year old. I like going to BWW, since this is one of the few family friendly places that serve beer/cocktails, have sports on TV, and have food and other beverages for every member of the family. Every time I have been to this location, the staff was accommodating to the needs of my extremely young and rambunctious set by expediting the delivery of our food and check at our request, and placing us in a comfortable seating location, while making sure other customers were not disturbed. I will go back again!

My waiter was Manley and he was horrible. He thought that just because Im a teenager and Im with my teen friends that we were going to dine and dash. My friends left the table and had to go to the bathroom and in that time we got the checks. When he came back to collect them my friends still didnt have any money in it because he was in the bathroom. Then Manley assumed that he dined and dashed and asked the rest of us if he needed to get his manager. And the best hung is the check was for $3.20 because he only got a sprite. Horrible service
