Dont get me wrong... I like the food... Ive had panda since we used to live in Texas a few years ago, however this visit was less than the expectation.. nothing against the name nor the staff but if I am going to review it has to be honest, I arrived around 7:30 pm and the chairs were already upside-down on top of the dining tables, and I know is not a big deal, but is 1hr and 30 min before closing, and I get it every body wants to go home but really????? Where is the management?? If I were to be one of those customers who came 5 min before closing , believe me I understand, but 1 and a half hour before, and who knows since when the chairs were like that ...... any way long story short, food is good, friendly faces ( for the most part) I will continue to be a customer and hopefully dont have to complain again, Thanks for reading....

We waited about 20 minutes in line to get food and there were only two people working the line during the dinner rush. One of the workers had to stop helping customers inside to assist the drive-thru because the drive-thru worker had been telling people to park to wait on other customers, causing orders to get backed up. I noticed this when angry drive-thru customers started coming inside to complain while we were waiting for the cashier, who was working at a snails pace to ring people up. For the amount of time we spent waiting, we could have grabbed a more healthy (and more delicious meal) elsewhere. I will not be going back...the food was DEFINITELY not worth the extremely long wait. Dont waste your time and go to a legit Chinese restaurant.

Terrible. Very disappointed to find that my drive-thru order was not only incorrect, the food that I did receive tasted awful. It was like something out of a can that had been sitting around for six months and microwaved a couple of hours before I ordered it. General Tsos Chicken - Horrible and cold. Beef and Broccoli - Horrible and cold. Fried Rice - I dont know, I instead received brown rice which was a sticky, mealy, disgusting mess. It was gross and I didnt eat it. Chicken Eggroll - Greasy, cold, disgusting. The hot mustard sauce condiment also tasted like something reminiscent of paint thinner and denatured alcohol; didnt eat it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Many better alternatives in the area.

Came here 2 days in a row for lunch and was served both times by Diana. These two times are the only times I have left Panda Express hungry and disappointed. Goes out of her way to give you burnt pieces of chicken and small portions. At every other Panda Express the teriyaki chicken bowl is two of the pieces of chicken cut up, she only gave me 1. The orange chicken I had yesterday had less than a full spoon full of chicken pieces and the rice was not filled up to the line in the bowl. Bad Server, if Diana is working the line go somewhere else.

I was there on the first day... young and energetic people around ... serving was a little bizarre.. i hope they l settle down in few days.. other than that i love panda express.. used to travel to 40 miles north to the mall to get orange chicken.. thanks for setting up one here in Dearborn... i hope the taste gets better too in few days from now as people get trained.... and a general comment ...we r paying for the entrees not sides.. so don be mean... and don waste ur sides by dumping them in our plates..

This place is horrible. Took my order, didnt tell me there would be a wait. Go to the window, had to pick something else. Asked for soy sauce, got none. Went inside to the manager who is inexperienced. She got me what I originally asked for, plus soy sauce. Get back to office to eat the Kung Po Chicken to find the chicken raw. I called the store 5 times, got the manager finally and nothing is resolved. I am out money, wasted my lunch and have nothing to eat. Dont bother unless you want food poisoning

Got here hoping for some of their fabulous food only to wait 20 minutes for nothing. Didnt even get my order taken before I walked out. There was 1 person ahead of me. I understand that there were customers in the drive-thru, but even a simple acknowledgement that I was waiting would have made up.for being completely ignored. I doubt Ill be back. I know that the owner wont read this, but I still wanted to make sure people were aware of the crap customer service. Im giving it 1 star because the food is good.

Ive seen Panda Express in my travels and never thought to give them a try. We stopped by for lunch on Friday, March 20th. I tried the Orange Chicken, fried rice and egg roll, my wife tried two of there beef selections and white rice. We were very pleased as we frequent many Chinese restaurants. The menu was very simple and easy as you order from a menu board, the food was hot, very fresh and will try it again soon.

Ordered, waited in line 5 minutes or so, then told after I paid that the food item I requested was unavailable. Then offered substitute, agreed and got food after 2 minutes or so, and never given drink until I waited for clerk to come back thinking it was next customer and I had to ask for it. I dont go to Panda often but just want to be told up front about things when I only came for the one certain item.

Okay food, usually medium temperature since its been sitting there. You get what you expect and thats not a bad thing. If you want it quick youll be happy, if you want fresh and hot go elsewhere. Food is good, a variety of entrees that you might not find elsewhere. Sides can be overcooked as they sit, see the theme here. Its a cookie cutter establishment. I go for the convenience.

This is my first time ordering from there. I placed my order online. I went to pick up my order only to find the staff preparing food in the drive thru without gloves. Handling money then touching the food under the sneeze guard. I asked for a refund and left. The manager never came to the register. It was the poorest customer service experience Ive ever had. Dont eat there

Complete under educated overvalued idiots who do not know how to tell a customer the truth on time restrains not its gonna be 7 having a waiting 22:47 yes I timed them being as Im x military I tend to have a hi emphasize on accuracy in what a person says regarding punctuality that Will officially be my last visit to that location EVER this !!!!

Oh my god. So slow. Been waiting in the drive through for 30 minutes. this is crazy and the second time its happened. Im still waiting on my food at the window typing this. People are honking and leaving the line. I wont do this again. How was the food? I dont know. I ended up driving away.

Food is great sometimes and other times it is just OK, the quantity also varies greatly depending on the sever. My only real complaint is they prioritize the drive through over the eat in customers so you typically have a bigger wait when you go inside.
