Fantastic place. Delicious breakfast options. I believe lunches too (the pizzas looked great). Intimate seating at the counter, or there are also tables. Lots of fresh baked goods (breads and sweets). The "Lobster Tail" (see photo) is too die for (I believe the filling is a mix of custard and whipped cream). I am holding back one star as it did not seem refills on coffee are offered. I did not see drip coffee (may be wrong on this too), so my nearest option was an Americano. Like many coffee drinks, it starts with espresso, so I can see why no refills. But since I was eating breakfast, thought it should have been offered. Maybe not, or maybe Im just expecting what is typical in American breakfast places. La Casa Del Pane is also a bit of a specialty foods market (see photos), so you might also find other tasty and/or unique items to take home. Worth a visit just for a Lobster Tail. Dont leave without one! Take one home! PS. I cant caption the picture via the web, but when I do it will say, "Lobster Tail. Filling is a custard and whipped cream mix. It is delicious!"

Everything exquisitely delicious and worth the price! Too often though, we just end up feeling badly after having our morning soured for tipping indifferent people after having payed premium prices for premium fare. Too often patronizing Cafe proves to be just another place where we go out of our way to be pleasant only to be rewarded with indifferent and disengaged service. The coffee is so very good and the pastries make me weak with desire. The grocery items are enticing and we want to try everything! Often times we are treated well, however, those not too infrequent times when we feel mistreated make us wish that there was somewhere else nearby where we can get products as good as theirs and, instead, establish a relationship with that business. We live nearby since December and we will continue to patronize Cafe despite the occasional disregard... their fare is that good!

Its a great spot for a casual bite to eat and/or a drink, whether its in the morning, afternoon, or evening. Theres a cozy coffee bar you can pull up to or an outdoor patio (set off the main road) where you can dine al fresco and enjoy the beautiful Gulf Coast weather. The pastries are tasty and pair well with a hot cup of coffee, while the omelets are full of flavor and served with a hearty filling of fresh ingredients. They also sell wine by the bottle and offer pizza and sandwiches for later in the day. The only thing its missing is a view of the beach, but the lovely patio and yummy food and drink make it a great spot to enjoy St. Pete Beach.

Holy mother of God, worst customer service experience EVER!!!! Im local, live a block away and do not ever come here because in spite of having good food the workers are so incredibly rude. They will not look at you or greet you upon arrival even if no one is in the store. If someone is in front of you getting $300 catering order, while you need a $4 loaf of bread, employees will seriously be leaning against a wall looking at you instead of helping move a line forward. If you do come, beware, there is NO PARKING EVER and plan on being here at least forty minutes for a simple carry out order. Food is not worth the hassle AT ALL.

Stop whatever you are doing and come to La Casa del Pane and get a lobster tail. They are amazing! A long time ago, I worked at an Italian deli who received a delivery of fresh bread from LA Casa del Pane every morning. I had no idea that there was now a cafe that you could come in and dine at. La Casa del Pane makes some of the best bread Ive ever eaten and theyve been doing it for over 20 years. You owe it to yourself to check this place out. Its a true gem. Mary Lou, who I worked for at the deli, always said that in her next life she wanted to come back as a baker. Cheers, Mary Lou.

just a short walk from our St Petes beach rental lies the all new La Casa Del Pane. this is my wife and Is personal Italian town square. the delicious cappuccinos, the Italian pastries, and the fresh bread made daily. Delicioso!!! Not to mention the fresh made sandwiches and paninis for breakfast, lunch or whenever you crave their tasty food. I will take a nice turkey and provolone on fresh multigrain baguette with a few sun dried tomatoes to top it off. Wow! Eat inside, outside and enjoy the ambience of this jewel on St Petes Beach. Food Crank gives it 5 stars! See you in February!!

The pastry was good. The cappuccino was run of the mill. The attitude of the staff left something to be desired. The girl behind the counter seemed put-out to wait on us. Maybe it was Sunday morning; she just did want to be there. The woman making the espresso was not particularly friendly either. It seemed they had their regulars there and did not care if we were there to buy their food or not. Next time we wont, and I encourage you to go down the street a little and try someone else. There is better and not far away.

めっちゃくちゃおいしいお店です。雰囲気も楽しく、観光客が家族でよく来るので、人間ウォッチングに良い。イタリア人、フレンドリーなスタッフ。朝食にデニッシュとコーヒーが最高! Try the sfogliatella, a marvelous citrus & cheese pastry. Lunch pizza and other offerings also delish!

Our go to for fresh bread, their semolina loaf is excellent and comes with the European style crust that you just cant get at the grocery store. They serve excellent coffee and espresso, have delicious homemade baked goods (which go perfectly with your coffee) and their sandwiches are amazing. Best place to pop in and have coffee or a great sandwich. Theres also a small Italian market on the premises selling candies, pastas, olive oils, polentas, etc.

This is one of those rare local finds where great service and great food are perfectly paired. The baked goods here are absolutely classic and are perfect with my Lavazza cappuccino. A special shout out to several of the wonderful members of the staff… Anna, Francesca Katia and Joanna. Thank you for taking such good care of our family and for all of your early morning smiles.

What a little gem! Just ate breakfast here with my husband and 3 kids and everything was delicious and we are all full. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The bakery items for sale also look like what I would buy and take home. We will also be back to pick up a pizza for lunch or dinner!

Authentic Italian bakery with a lovely atmosphere. Pull up a chair at the coffee bar and sip your espresso. Or, pull up a chair at the big table and eat a slice of pizza. There are pastas to purchase and frozen home made dinners to bring home and heat up. There is even wine to buy. Love it!
