If I could give 0 stars I would. Being someone who has loved Panera for a long time I have never been so disappointed. I was there on February 4, 2017 at 8:40 at night. I am a manger of a store myself and know how customers should be treated. I was a paying customer and they were some of the rudest people Ive ever seen. At first when we were ordering she straight up told us that they were closing in 15 minutes and then when we said we were dining in, she rolled her eyes. Then I was never asked if I wanted a drink, she didnt tell me any of the deals that my Panera rewards could have given me. I was also not asked if I wanted a side which comes with it. So when I got the food it was fine I mean the mac and cheese was normal, the sand which was thrown together, but there was no baguette, chips, or apple. I am a college student I dont have money to be spending on bad service and just okay food. To top it all off, while we were eating the employees were on there phones and then blasted music over the speakers when there were people studying in there. Then they continued to say "you should have seen everyones faces when that song played". Youre right we were in shock from your stupidly and utter disrespect for a decent food chain. Again, I am a manager of a store and know how customers who are giving money they have to work for should be treated. This makes me never want to give Panera another dime and I will definetly not be going to this one ever again. I seriously hope this Paneras manager reads this and gets a hold of this situation because if they dont I dont see it staying in business very long. I wish I would have gotten the names of he employees and just sent them to HQ!!!

Literally the worst Panera experience I have ever had. The manager, Sierra, was entirely rude to me when I let her know that I had never received a salad that SMALL from any Panera I have ever been to. She rudely replied, "I can make you another but it will be the exact same". Panera has been known to always satisfy their customers, but this manager clearly did not care about the satisfaction of her customers. She was rude, unhelpful and definitely needed a lift in spirit. The most miserable Panera employee I have ever encountered. Also, if shes going to be a manager she should probably A. Look a little more professional (aka not look like she just rolled out of bed), and B. Maybe try smiling a bit? Because she looked like one of the most miserable human beings I have ever encountered. Panera is a FABULOUS establishment and I hate to see it brought down by a miserable employee (unfortunately a manager in this case). This woman should not be managing. She has no sense of customer service and its pretty obvious that she does not care to make her Panera location grow and become a better establishment. I asked for a refund and I will not be returning to this location ever again. This location is an embarrassment to the company as a whole, and I feel sorry for the employees that have to work under such a sad miserable person!

Im driving through Port Orange on my way back to college. My boyfriend and I frequent Panera pretty regularly but this store in particular was pretty bad. We waited in the line for 15 minutes without a single person ordering. When we finally got to the front of the line we found out why it was taking so long: they were out of EVERYTHING. I tried ordering a side of Mac and cheese, they were out of Mac and cheese. My boyfriend tried to order a panini, they were out of both turkey and ham so he had to get steak. And while waiting for our food, the customers next to us were told that one of the food items they already paid for was out. I work at a restaurant myself and I know this was by no means am issue with the employees. It was over an hour and a half before closing when we walked in so I know they werent out of ready-made food, they were out of ingredients to make the food. Hopefully someone in management will take better precautions when doing the ordering next time.

I have been eating at Panera Bread for many years and have never had a real problem... until today. Due to being on a tight schedule during lunch hours, I usually order Rapid Pickup. Today I placed 2 salad orders (both whole salads) and as usual, by the time I got to the store, it was sitting on the shelf waiting. I quickly picked up the bag, jumped back in my car and headed back to work. Upon arriving back to my office I realized that not only did we NOT get our baguette breads with the salads, the dressing for one salad was forgot all together. I did not have time to drive back. I realize people make mistakes but nothing is more discouraging then getting back to your desk to enjoy your lunch only to find out its not complete.

The associations always try their best to do anything they can to make your experience the best it can be. Some other customers act very entitled when speaking to the staff and I think they should show more mutual respect. Also, parents that bring their young children need to know how to control them, and if your party is larger than 6, you should place your order ahead of time. Theyre a bakery; dont expect all of their baked goods (bread bowls!!!!) to be available one hour before closing. Cut these guys some slack they are doing their best.

The mac and cheese is usually very good at Panera. It is usually one of the reason I would go. Unfortunately this time it was disgusting and not eatable. It was over heated. There was a quarter inch of grease at the bottom of the cup of mac and cheese. I saw this when mixing up the mac and cheese. I tried to eat it but it was too gross. Usually Panera is a good experience with good food but not at this location. This isnt the first time the food has been improperly prepared there. I would steer clear of this location.

Great food, but I would not recommend anyone to work there. Terrible terrible management. Very rude and unprofessional. Hiring manager Matt has no respect for new employees and expects employees to know there part with no training done. Lost checks and shorten hours on checks. By far a terrible experience for these young high school kids looking for first time jobs.

A nice Panera. Staff was pleasant, restaurant was relatively clean for how busy it was. I do feel that the menu got smaller as well as portion size. My soup wasnt very full and the meat on the sandwich was barely there. I had to ask for them to add more soup, which is how skimpy they were. Another restaurant caught up on high prices and small portions.

Left waiting 15 minutes for a bagel. Everytime I asked about it I was told someone else had to make it. Not until I asked for a refund did someone offer to just make the bagel for me. Then after making my entire party wait the refunded nothing but the bagel. Not even the drink that did me no good without food. Poor service!
