My experience was horrible! I & a group of friends went into the restaurant this Saturday (4/2/16) for the first time and were greeted by a young woman who looked us up and down with a very snobbish expression and then seated us. When our waiter came we ordered drinks and ice water with lemon. Water, drinks and lemon was brought to the table but the water was tepid so I asked for a glass of ice and we all proceeded to order our food. The waiter came back to the table with chips, salsa & pico de gallo but forgot the glass with ice so I asked again and we ordered guacamole. Another waiter came back to the table and made our guacamole. Our waiter came to the table shortly after that with our meals but again forgot my glass of ice. I asked again but found it kinda rude that the waiter didnt even apologize! One of my friends asked for another soda. The waiter went to get the soda and I thought my glass of ice. In the interim of us eating and waiting for my ice and my friend’s soda,I and another friend ordered tostados and enchiladas. Tostados are supposed to be crispy, well it was soggy and the meal had no flavor at all but I just ate it anyway and added salt & pepper but my friend wanted another plate. When the waiter came back to the table with the soda ONLY and no glass of ice my friend asked the waiter to take back her plate and put the tostado on the side. The waiter just took her plate said nothing then I said can I please please have my glass of ice?? The waiter just looked at me and shook his head in a yes motion and NO APOLOGY was given to either of us!! I was very irritated but kept my composure. When the waiter finally came back this time he had my glass of ice that took four requests before he remembered! And he gave my friend a new plate with a tostado that looked like it came from Taco Bell!! But we all just ate out food and drank and made the best out of a not so good experience! My friend that just ordered the new plate of food just found a long piece of hair in her rice so she pushed the plate to the side and said "Im done"! I told her I was going to tell a manager. The waiter came back to our table to see how we were doing and noticed that we stopped eating (we just wanted to get out of there and never ever come back) so he asked if we wanted any doggy bags. We all said no and I said there is a hair in my friends’ food! The waiter took all the plates and left the table with no acknowledgment about the hair in the food and once again NO APOLOGY! I must say by this time I was pissed! I saw a young woman that worked there setting up another table and I asked for a manager. She stated she was a manager so I proceeded to tell her about our experience and how there was hair in my friends food! The manager looked at me straight face and stated "yeah ok"??? I looked at her and paused for a moment in disbelief that her response was "yeah ok"?? The so called manager (which I highly doubted she was) said she would need to speak with the waiter to see what is going on?!?! After maybe ten minutes the so called manager and waiter came back to the table and the manager said well because the waiter did not see it she could only offer 50% off!!! (What!!????) I cut her off while she was speaking and told her I was not paying for the meal PERIOD!!!! And I requested that she back up from me because she was standing very very close! I also informed her for no one to even apologize for the horrible experience was very unprofessional! Especially behavior like that from a manager! P.S. I stormed out and did not pay for the one dish that had hair in it!! As we were leaving one of my friend heard the so called manager say in a very condescending way "Im Sorry" I will never ever go to this restaurant ever again and I must say if this is how they treat paying customers that make their mere existence possible...They won’t be open for long! The reason I chose to post my experience was so that hopefully the owner or the REAL MANAGER could see this and possibly rectify how his staff treats customers.

I wish there was a negative rating. Tried this restaurant on Tuesday 5/30. It was moderately busy, but the kitchen fell behind resulting in a 40+ minute wait for our entrees. The cheese "dip" appetizer, Queso Fundido, was the consistency of cold snot. When our entrees FINALLY arrived, they were cold, tasted horrible, and my quesadilla wasnt done correctly---according to what their own menu said it should contain. Worst of all, the manager, Armando, WALKED AWAY FROM ME in the middle of our conversation about our food and service, refused to return to our table, kept putting our waitress in the middle of it, tried to charge us for all the food we ordered---including my entree that I didnt eat, and had our waitress tell us that it was illegal to provide either his name or the owners name----which isnt true. Please not that none of my complaints are about the kitchen being in the weeds (except for the cold food), but rather the events stemming from that. DO NOT EAT HERE! Problems at this place from top to bottom.

AVOID! Taco bell quality food. One of the three of us took one bite and was disgusted and did not finish her meal. Sat at the bar and despite it being relatively empty, wasnt served for 30 minutes. I should have taken this as a sign and just left. I ordered a steak fajita which cost $15.55 but contained little to no steak - very thinly sliced and mixed in with a massive amount of green peppers and white onions. When they served me, they forgot to bring tortillas and I had to wait 10 minutes before they arrived. They provided no plates or utensils. Had to wait 10 minutes for the bartender to return and provide them. We were a party of 3 at the bar and needed separate checks. The bartender was unable to separate them. We waited 30 minutes for him to try to do this and then we gave up and just asked for the check. Whole thing was an abysmal experience. I recommend avoiding them.

My family and I have gotten the wrong order at least 8 times in the last year. Tonight, my meal was completely wrong and when we called them about it, the staff, including the manager were rude and argumentative. I even had the restaurant receipt and my order that I put online for UberEATS. The manager responded by saying that we shouldnt have gotten that receipt and it was only meant for the chef. No clue how that is pertinent except to show we got the wrong food. We have eaten at the restaurant and gotten taken out. Doesnt seem to make a difference either way to getting the correct orders. There have been two waiters that were spot on each time. The rest of the staff is horrendous!

Although the food was good, a stupid bus boy ruined my evening with his wise ass unrequested insolent joke. All I asked was to refill my water glass. The idiot bus boy puts the metal water pitcher on top of my head and asks if I also want some water on my head. I hated his guts. I asked to spek with the manager. The attending waiter says he is a manager but nothing was said to the idiot bus boy. I am not going back to that stupid place. I am telling to all my friends and coworkers never to eat there..
