We had to let the server know our food was ready!! Unbelievably bad service from the minute we walked in the door. Tons of open tables, yet there was a cluster of people just standing in the entry way waiting for some semblance of organization. Our waiter Gabriel was perturbed about which table the hostess placed us at - this supposedly being the reason why we sat there for 10 minutes with no service. My wife and I told him that we were ready to walk out had he not shown up at our table within one more minute. He was excruciatingly slow in all aspects of the lunch time visit - drinks, ordering, food, tab. After waiting for our food for 15 minutes, my wife poked her head over toward the kitchen and saw our order sitting there on the warming platform. She had to let Gabriel know our order was ready. We also had to let him know when we were done to request our bill and then hand deliver it to him once we filled it out. After visiting hundreds of restaurants all over the world, we have concluded that this was the worst dining experience we have ever had. I suppose the only way it would of been worse would have been if we got sick from the food - luckily that didnt happen. This place is in dire need of some new management and staff training.

Red Robin. It is my FAVORITE place, but this particular one , by far was the WORST! In customer service & in food. Went with my mother on Black Friday, we were the first out of 3 groups of persons to walk into the establishment, we ordered dessert first, the chocolate cake had been microwaved far roo long, spoke to our waiter asked for another one & to be compensated for the job wrong, our waiter went to fix it & then brought our food to us, the server had an attitude. When he brought us our food, my mothers chicken was cold as well as her fries, i was able ro place on finger in my chesseburger, my fries as well were just cold & I couldnt understand how this cold be because once again, we were 1 out of 3 groups how could the food, we told him we wanted to speak to a manager, so he loudly spoke to the General Manager, "They want to speak to a manager." The General manager walked over, polietly asked him to put his finger in my sandwich (he didnt) asked him did he think it was alright to serve someone they could get food poisoning, he didnt say anything, did not offer to fix anything. Working in the food industry you know what temperature your food should be. Dont go here. You may get sick!

Used to be at favourite restaurant to come with our kids. We will never be back after our visit today. Ordered our meal and drink, towards the end of our meal, server asked if I wanted a refill, which I said yes please. After had the drink had a few sip and noticed didnt tast right, took a closer look and they grabbed a dirty glass, that was not washed and had small strawberry pieces inside cup (my guess is that cup was previously used for strawberry milkshake). We paid for our meal and were sick to our stomach about what just happened. Asked for a manager so we could inform them, his response: "so sorry yes that is one unwashed cup, I do apologize and will pay more attention " Not cleaned at all. Will never go back.

Got sat at a table that was ao wobbly no doubt a drink would spill if we stayed at that table asked to move and the new table was sticky and just over all dirty there was maybe 4 other tables sat otherwise an empty place with a lot of servers on there phones who could have took two minutes to earn some of there paycheck and make sure tables are clean any ways fries were cold had a drink wrong went to the bathroom and those are nasty and the manager who sat us at the wobbly table never took initiative to go and throw a stack of napkins under the stand to make it better so good luck of you get sat there worst red robin i have went to

The hostess station is horrible! There were at least 5 tables that were visible that we could have been seated at. Yet we had a 20 minute wait. Allegedly, it was because they were "understaffed" during the lunch rush. Also, when we first arrived we were almost seated before 2 parties who had already been waiting. Also, it was observed that the wait staff could not handle the volume as customers kept asking for things like drink refills, CLEAN silverware, etc. if you want to come here for lunch, I suggest you choose another lunch option. Clearly the staff has no clue what they are doing in regards to seating or waiting tables....

I know its a chain place, but theyre doing pretty good. They have more than just burgers and you can actually eat decently healthy here if you choose to. My wife loves the turkey wedgie burgers. Its basically a turkey burger but with lettuce for a bun instead of bread. Choice of side so you dont have to get fries and you could get salad or vegetables. Burgers are pretty good and are cooked right. And for those of us that like fries its bottomless fries so.... My only critique is that from time to time the restrooms could be more restocked with soap and paper towels. But other than that it does the job and the price is right

Every time we go to this red robin they foo bar something on the order. I am begining to think all red robins do not know how to cook a burger other than well done so I do not know why they even ask. Last time my wife ordered a royal red robin with a garden burger and got just a standard garden burger. The management has been great because they comp part of the meal but I would just like to have them get it right. Red Robin WAS a great burger place but there are too many other places in Colorado to waste time on messed up orders.

Good food. Burgers cost the same as Earls, which is in the same parking lot, so just go there. The service heres is atrocious. Took 20 minutes to get a basket of fries. My son ordered water and milk to drink and had to ask 3 times for the water. It wasnt just our server because we over heard the surrounding tables complaining about similar issues. Save the hassle and go somewhere else. 2 stars because the food is good but the service was horrible.

This is a good place to grab a burger and fries. I cant give it a very good or excellent rating only because that wouldnt be fair to some of the better places that Ive been. Red Robin does a nice job with what they try to do. Give us a good burger at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean and nice. Id definitely go back for lunch, but not sure that Id spend an evening out by going here.

We came with our three kids on a Sunday afternoon. We were promptly seated and waited on. Our server was extremely helpful and accommodating. The food was very fresh and came out quickly. I ordered my burger with lettuce instead of a bun and the lettuce wasnt soggy and falling apart, it was crispy and they provided enough to hold everything on the burger. One of the best experiences Ive had at a Red Robin!
