Im going to start off by saying Ive been to spaghetti factory at least 20 times, 5 of those times at this location. Its always been a good experience. The mizithra cheese my favorite!! Not this time. I tried the new chicken piccata. It was by far the worst dish Ive ever had. It was extremely salty, the juice from the capers was poured over the chicken. The chicken itself was super dry inside, and there was way too much lemon juice on the tomato topping. Just imagine a dry chicken thats super salty and sour. I took 2 bites and left the rest. The waitress doesnt check in on us at all. Then towards the end she comes and just takes the plates away without even asking how dinner was. Poor food and service means poor tip, so I left minimum. And get this, the tip was denied and only the check amount was charged to my card, basically slapping the customer in the face by saying the tip wasnt worthy to take, well too bad!! Bad service and bad food = bad tip. Now I know bad food isnt the servers fault, but if she had checked in with us or at least asked how the dinner was afterwards, considering she must have seen the whole chicken still on my plate, that wouldve been enough to save the evening. But I guess people are still thinking that their bad day should be mine too. Thats a NO GO for me in the customer service industry as I work in that field too.

If youve ever wondered what nostalgia smells like, I highly advise you to come to the Spaghetti Factory in Riverside. The building is a historic site. It was a citrus packing house located alongside railroad tracks. The second you walk in youre inundated by the smell of history and antiques. Im not gonna lie, I give them a 5 stars more for the memories Ive had there than anything else. Its also the 1 tradition in have in my life. Its where I have my birthday dinners. As for the food, its the Spaghetti Factory haha! Quick, cheap, hearty pasta. I will say they have some of the best blue cheese Ive ever had. Their bread is pretty awesome too. If youre the type of person looking for a scene, this place isnt for you. If youre more the family oriented person this is your spot. Until next time...

The staff was was , courteous, and very attentive to our needs. The food was Wonderful. Our Family of four recently visited on 3/19/17 in Riverside. We were sat next to a family of what looked like 6+ and the sounds of what seemed like a small dog barking. Turns out that that family did have their dog at their table and not only that, it was drinking water out of one of their cups! In plain sight. Disgusting. Customers pay good money to enjoy a great meal at a great nostalgic restaurant, but not all people are pet lovers. Out of all the staff that kept walking around and clearly hearing the sounds of the dogs bark , not one said or did anything. It ruined our meal. We didnt complain to anyone there not one to cause a scene or expect a freebie. Paid $90+ for our dinner but unlikely we return.

That mizithra brown butter, delicious. I always tell myself try something else every time I go but I just end up getting that, sometimes changing it up by choosing the one that has bacon and garlic in it.. The decor is cool. Family friendly place, but going with friends is cool too. They have a full bar and serve local beers which is awesome. I finally got to sit in the trolley one of the times I went and it was fun, we felt special..lol. But overall a cozy place to get some food thats pretty well priced seeing as each meal comes with bread, soup or salad, your entree, dessert, and coffee or tea, all included in the price of your entree. Servers are always really nice so thats a plus!

The good old spaghetti factory... its not good. The food on the menu is pretty over priced for what it is. Most of their menu options taste like everything is canned. Quite frankly, I can most certainly cook something better than their whole menu. I wont be coming back here. If you want below average food, then this is your place. If you want a great meal, go somewhere else. Heck go to the cheesecake factory! Their food is a WAY better. Just think about it. Cheesecake over Spaghetti... I say Cheesecake!! Oh, and I gave this place two stars only because they get one star for cute booths and some, and I ONLY mean some-- decor.

Disappointed. The prices were alright, but they really just have pasta. And I mean JUST pasta. We ordered a chicken pasta dish, and there was barely anyyy chicken. The mizithra cheese dish was highlyyy recommended by the server, but we were disappointed when it came out - it was simply a pile of pasta with some salty cheese all over it. I know the name is the "spaghetti" factory, but you really have to know what youre getting into when you go. Youre getting CARBS - just carbs. I did appreciate that every meal was a three-course meal. The soup was very good, and the ice cream scoop at the end was a nice touch.

The building is impressive! Its beautiful and more eye-catching than the typical Spaghetti Factory. Right away, I could tell (by the smell) that the building was old. My server explained that it was an old orange packing warehouse! Awesome! Of course, there were the usual varied chandeliers and train car (like all the Spaghetti Factories). The food was good but the beer selection was poor. I tried two samples. Both were, um, not to my liking. The bread was not up to typical Spaghetti Factory standards (dry and crumbly). We ordered another loaf - same thing. The service was excellent!

The lasagna was excellent, as always. But what really stands out is the unparallelled thoughtfulness and service. I boxed about half of my lasagna to take home. But then I apprarently knocked the package to the floor without realizing it and walked out with only half of a bread. When I realized it afer driving two blocks and returned for lthe lasagna, the kitchen staff had prepared a whole new lasagna meal for me to take home, at the request of the waitress. Plus a whole hot loaf of bread. I am deeply appreciative for making my stop for lunch so memorable. Alan Lassila Temecula

Located right off the freeway with easyou parking, it is housed in what looks like an old railway station of sorts. The interior definitely has the look and feel of a early 20th century building, wooden planks and all. It also has the smell of an older building too. Came if for a party of seven and were promptly seated, service was awesome. Most items come with a soup or salad plus a scoop of ice cream, which is pretty neat. A great spot for families and smaller groups as well. They even havery a banquet room that was being used for a wedding, which is pretty neat.

We were a party of eight (4 adults, 3 children, 1 in a highchair) and we were placed at a table that was designed for 6 wedged between two two tables. My wife ordered the chicken piccata and that was delicious. My spicy chicken vesuvius was delicious as well, but there was not much diced in there (the manager brought me extra). The entrees come with both a salad and a ice cream dessert. The salad was good, but watery. The spumoni ice cream is awesome. Overall I liked the food and portions are great, but my experience there was less than stellar.
