The food here is always stale n hard! Idk y i have tried it more than once! I guess cuz i had high hopes that MAYBE if i come at a diff food Ill catch them when the food is fresh..but alas, it never is. I got the popcorn shrimp dinner. The shrimp was old n hard and chewy, the mac n cheese didnt taste that good, but the biscuit tasted good! Idk whats wrong w this particular store; ive gone to the Popeyes in Boston and Cranston, and both places their food was good and fresh!

When they first opened, the food was better than it is now. Overall it is a basic fried chicken place. If you want fried chicken and youre sick of KFC, you can stop by here. If you are lactose intolerant note that they have buttermilk in the batter, and it will probably cause you some trouble. I like their sweet tea.

Their customer service is fantastic and the chicken is always delicious! They will make your food to order if you want but I have never had a bad meal. I dont know where these bad reviewers ate, but Ive eaten in every Popeyes in Rhode Island and this is the best!

this is the best popeyes in RI... and no I dont live nearby.... I dont know why the chicken at this specific location is good... Because of the horrible quality of popeyes in providence we were convinced popeyes is nasty...boy were we wrong....

In 38 years on this great earth I have never done this but with the service I received today my mother would kill me. If you are looking for an awful place to eat ALL AROUND this is your place. Sorry but everything was AWFULL really slow

I really didnt like it, I went through the drive through and ordered the popcorn shrimp, it was awful not impressed, I dont know why we needed another chicken place, we have KFC and I like it much better. Sorry Ill stick with KFC.

I grew up on Popeyes, and I always loved it! I always get the chicken tenders, but they are awful now, not sure what percentage is actually chicken. I will never go back, its like loosing part of your childhood... sad!

First time today and last. No communication and took up my whole lunch time waiting on something that wasnt even being prep. When I finally got my food it was wrong and incomplete. If you cant work fast pace, dont.

Place is clean and staff nice. Usually they are quick, but they get my orders wrong sometimes. They seem so interested in getting you in and out they go quick and dont always pay attention to what they doing.
