I went in at 8:20 and the cashier at the front, McKenzie, didnt hear my order three times. I worked there for four months, its not a hard job especially when I line the order up for you and you dont even have to ask any questions. She was rude, ghetto, and threw my cookie at me that I had to ask for three times. She then marks our order to go on purposely because I had told her I wanted it "for here." We tell the managers and they tell us were in the wrong?? False, your ghetto, disrespectful cashier was in the wrong. You shouldve put it on a plate, the way we asked for it and written up the cashier for throwing my cookie at me and causing you to lose a customer for good now. Tragic. She was also screaming "bitches!" at us as we walked out. I work in customer service as a waitress so I know how to handle customers; THAT WAS NOT IT.

The bowl that I ate my barely chicken noodle soup in was dirty, there were barely any noodles in the bowl, and the plate that it was served on was like someone just carelessly dumped the broth all over the plate making my napkins damp and just not great. The manager refunded me for my soup and for part of my drink. Still shouldnt have these kinds of issues at a place like panera, will not be returning to this location in the future.

Paper in my sandwich. Need I say more? Spoiled (slimy and brown) spring mix on my sierra turkey. Just look at the picture. Absolutely the most awful Panera I have ever been to. Disgusting food, no clean tables, filth in the empty unsweetened tea container. They dont deserve the one star I gave them. Manager refunded our order and I left everything there. I feel disgusting from the bite I took.

I walked in 10 minutes before the restaurant closed and as I walked in I heard all the employees sigh. Then I ordered my food and waited 15 minutes for a simple Big Mac. As I was waiting I heard the staff screaming and laughing at my order in the back. They then told me they dont serve Big Macs and thats when I realized I was at Panera. 10/10 Experience would go again.

Its pricey, as Panera always is, the wait can be long - but if you us the app and order ahead its not a problem. I do find that a particular sandwich I order is always like a dogs dinner, bread is falling off, chicken has slid out.. Maybe its the sandwich, regardless if you fancy a sandwich and you dont want to go to McGinnis, this will be enjoyable.

Ive been to this location many times and receive generally good service, however nearly every time they are out of bread for the sandwiches I like. Also I had them refund a purchase because I was told after the transaction completed that they didnt have the necessary ingredients for my sandwich however the money never returned to my bank account.

I went on a busy Saturday morning. It seems like there were only teenagers working the registers. The teen taking my order was interrupted 3 times to do something else for another teen. I ordered a latte with almond milk but it was made with skim milk. Other than that it was clean and the turkey chili was great for a cold winter morning.

I love Panera! You can eat as healthy as you want. Skip the chips and get an apple instead. Leave the tortilla strips off of the salad, use a non-fat dressing and youll save lots of calories. Their menu is available online with a full calorie and nutrition count. If calories dont bother you, the bakery offers lots of tasty treats.

Bunch of young kids that dont know what they are doing. Touched my bread for my soup with bare hands and didnt put chicken in my salad... adding to my original post the booth I sat in must of had some goo in the Crack of the seat because its all over shorts and shirt... calling the management. Horrible experience over all

Exelent tomato basil bread. The very slow - no service. Have never seen a place with so many people doing nothing. How do they get the bread mixed and baked. Line was 5 deep 1 person at the counter waiting on 1 person at a time girl in front of me ordered a toasted something. We all stood and watched it toast.

My favorite place to grab some breakfast or meet a friend for lunch. Theyre always busy (a good sign) but even a long line moves quickly. In the winter, nothing beats getting a seat by the fire and drinking some dark roast coffee.

This is Panera as you would expect it. It gets crowded during lunchtime. Free internet available. Most of the food is surprisingly bad for you so keep an eye on what you are ordering.

Expensive. Not always clean. Has healthy options and the calories are listed on the menu, but use caution. The fat grams can be deceiving.
