The 4 stars is for the food alone, for service I would give a 3 as they are not up to par with the rest of the franchise. While I absolutely love every item from the menu as Ive been to many of these franchises across the states... This particular chic-fil-a does not seem to follow all of the things other locations do. The first noticeable thing is they never said my pleasure in the few times I have been there, from the girl taking orders via tablet, to the cashier, to the person handing out the orders. Also 2x now I have been the witness of the person handing out the orders to give a free sandwich coupon to a girl only because they were interested in them, right in front of my face, if youre going to hand these out then make it seem as if youre doing it randomly instead of you trying to pick up someone.

5 star for convenience. Awesome to have a Chick-Fil-A only 20 minutes away from me so I wont take the long journey to nearby NYU for some Chick-Fil-A. The chicken is incredible, so many sauces to choose from and the waffle fries are nice and different from the standard french fry. Ill try out their other sides to see how they taste. The chicken is definitely at its best here.

They totally burst! Today i tasted one kind of their chicken sandwiches and it was indescribably great! They provided these sandwiches and cards at Macys! When presented the card it gives you a free sandwich! They are just awsome! The lady was really nice, too.

I always love Chick-fil-A, first time eating at the one at queens center. Purchased a 8 piece nugget meal and a sweet tea. The fries and tea were as expected but the nuggets were very greasy, wound up tossing em and just eating the fries.

Food is good, but I got all the way home and the bottom of the bag fell out spilling all of my food on the sidewalk thereby ruining the entire meal. Its not like anything had spilled in the bag, it just broke because it was so cheap.
