Jon Weinstein this is the best deli on the North Shore hands down not sure HOW you had a bad experience at ALLLL which I am guessing your being spiteful over a personal situation however I have been around this deli eating as a patron/customer since the early 90s and its the best not only the North Shore which is hands down obvious but with the people and eat in capability best deal on Long Island so not sure what happened or what the truth is here buddy but I would talk to Mike DeBlasio next time your near by and he will make sure nothing comes close to that experience again bud!! Big , clean deli with small seating area and a wide variety of sandwich choices as well as hot food, snacks, coffee and beverages. The staff are nice and accomidating (Too nice. Ive actually seen rude customers here more than once) the food looks and smells delicious. Ive only been here a handful of times but always good food and plenty of parking. It can get a bit crowded or a slow line in here and I always spend more money than I expected to but its the best deli Ive been to in this area by far.

Horrible service I called in my order so I dont have to wait for it I go in the staff doesnt acknowledge me waited a good 10 minutes and they kept taking care of other customers......... people that got there after me got to place their order and even got it !!!!!!!! By far worst deli in town

Wanted to call my order in ahead of time so I could pick it up on my way to work...was just on hold for 7 minutes, so i hung up and called back. I asked for my order and he said hold on a sec and kept me holding for another 3 minutes. I can see from the last review that Im not the only one!

Id starve on a desert island first before ever patronizing these nasty people again. Arrogant, rude, and have no respect for order size or wait time. They run it like an old oviet-era state-run store where the workers do not work.
