Because I always end up waiting anywhere from 10-15+ minutes for a simple turkey sandwich, and wasting my lunch break, I decided to call ahead of time and place the order, for pick up - not even delivery. I was told that it would be 20 minutes, before I could pick up my honey maple turkey sandwich, on rye, with lettuce/tomatoes and mustard - that was it, my entire order. I waited 25 minutes, then headed over, the short distance from my office. I got there and waited on that long line for an additional five minutes+. When I got to the front of the line to pay and pick up my order, I was told that it would be another minute. Another minute turned into 20 minutes. When I asked the cashier how long it would be/why it was taking so long, she was rude and disrespectful to me, saying that it was not her problem and not her fault, and that I would just have to wait. Very rude! Even her body language was dismissive and unapologetic. To add insult to injury, when I did finally get my sandwich, after a total of 45 minutes - it was not made as I asked. They gave me a cracked pepper and jalapeño jack cheese sandwich on a roll! Had it not been for the fact that Id already paid, and I had to get back to work, I would have asked for a full reimbursement - which they should have offered! They never even apologized, for the terribly long wait, or for making me the wrong sandwich. The service is absolutely the worst Ive ever experienced. That aside, the wait is always long, and the food is overpriced. I do not recommend this deli to anyone. I wish there would have been an option to not give any stars, because that is what they really deserve - zero!

Definitely check them out! The people working at Gemini were awesome: friendly and happy to help us! They got our food to us in a jif. If youre going for gourmet, perhaps you wont jump for joy, but if you expect deli food and you pronounce your order slowly, they get it right and get it good! Admittedly, we went when they werent jam packed, so that could make a big difference. The fish, nevertheless, was EXCELLENT -- better than at a higher priced sit-down place. The Philly cheese steak was stacked with tasty meat! Even the salad was crisp and fresh. Highly recommended! We went there b/c ppl from the Cinema Arts Center recommended them...Definitely go! Youll be glad you did!

Good food, good pricing, and very speedy when you pick something up quickly! Note that this place is definitely for pick-up, there are a few outdoor tables, but for one reason or another there always tends to be something that disturbs us when we try to eat there...Weird air flow making it extra windy, tons of bees in August-sept, eTc...but you can definitely give it a shot, maybe youll have better luck! The pre-made salads are good, and Im a huge fan of the meatball parm. Id recommend trying to go early in the lunch hour to avoid the line, but even at peak time they move pretty quickly.

They are the worst deli I have ever encountered. I ordered a simple Ice coffee with a muffin at 9:30 am. They delivered at 11:10, the Ice coffee was hot. I told the girl who delivered I ordered Ice Coffee, she said what is, then snatched the coffee and left. I called the store I told them Ice Coffee only to deliver a hot coffee again. I called again, they sent Ice Coffee with no ice. Whats the point of Ice Coffee. They have the worst service. I dont recommend anyone to this deli.

If you place order online, they may not read instructions and make your food some other way than you like, maybe even try to charge you for avocados that you didnt order but they decided you might like on your egg sandwich. Otherwise ok and fairly priced for a deli in that neighborhood.

I work a couple blocks away, and Gemini Deli is where I go to lunch at least twice a week. The daily hot specials are surprisingly cheap, and they give you a ton of food. Not the best selection for a deli, but plenty of hot choices.

I wish I could give 0 stars. After waiting 2 hours for a small delivery, the delivery girl cursed me out in front of my co-workers because I didnt bring a pen with me to sign the receipt... like thats my job

Unprofessional, Rude, Over Priced, Poor Quality of Food..need I say more?! Your options are unlimited in this area.. unless you like this kind of service, you are better off going somewhere else.
