The breads, sandwiches, soups, and pastries are all very good. At busy lunch hours too few cash registers are open. The turnover of staff is high. Every five visits you get a "reward," but rewards are becoming less generous: for example, you formerly got a reward of a free coffee or soda, about a $2 value, but now just $1 off a coffee or soda. For food items you get $2 off, and rarely a free pastry. It would be helpful if the system of rewards were explained on the website. It would also be helpful if customers could contact management, on a website that is easier to use. Finally two small quibbles: dont put the napkins under the soup because the napkins get wet, and for take-out sandwiches do not add a pickle wedge because it gets the sandwich and the wrap wet.

Its OK -- pretty new restaurant at this time so its newly renovated: I like their arch windows which let in ample sunlight (but then you mostly see just the LIE freeway). We went for dim sum. Nothing really stand out in particular, but they are close by and also have valet parking. They split the chicken feet in halves which I didnt think was necessary. There is a promotion of $2 for "small" dimsum on weekdays, but quite a few things we like, such as shrimp dumplings, are already not "small dimsum". We tried something new, called the "seafood bundle" with asparagus (steamed) but the minced seafood inside didnt taste fresh. Well, it only cost $2 so I couldnt ask for more.

Great little spot. The board gamers were a little strange but I guess this is the food equivalent of a Starbucks. People apparently come here to eat and hang out. From battleship to magic card games, you will likely sit next to some gaming group. The plus side is that they are not loud or obnoxious and pretty much keep to themselves so as to not disturb other eaters. The panini was good but I would like to try one of their soup options next time. All in all, a nice place to grab fast food that doesnt taste like its been microwaved.

Panera is what Cosi & the like aspire to be. Tasty food, numerous menu options, above average service. Yes, this Bay Terrace location gets tons of customers but there is so much seating (including a Quiet Room) its not like youre consistently standing around, food tray in hand, giving languid diners the Evil Eye. I like Paneras coffee (free refills!) & lemonades. The creamy tomato soup is filling and scrumptious. The brownies and cookies are decadent & delicious. And theres always the option to Bread Bowl it up.

The place gets crowded, which is probably why they had run out of most of the bagel options, which is understanding. However, the girl working there on July 1st in the afternoon was very pushy. After she explained that they didnt have any of the bagel options that I asked for, I was deciding on something else, and she was pushy, as if she was trying to get me to order so she can take care of the other customers. I believe that the customer right before felt rushed just like me.

Panera Bread is usually a great place to go to, but not this one in Queens, NY. I ordered a special coffee and the cashier assured me hed handle it. About 2 seconds later someone else was fixing it and did it wrong. A request to cut the cinnamon roll into 4s was made. Well, apparently counting to 4 is too difficult. They didnt cut it at all and threw a cherry pastry into the napkins. So, naturally, every napkin was covered in gooey cherries.

Ok, lets go with the first impression: When you enter this restaurant and go for a romantic dinner, this is just Amazing! The place is nice, the decoration is just excellent, you will never see a place like this, its a real experience just to be there. Now the downside is the food, its not very good, too salty and I didnt the recognize any taste of dinner I had in St Petersburg. I will give a 3.8/5. Nice night anyway, good souvenir.

Staff are very friendly. Thought pastas were part of pick 2 but guess not so he offered to do half the price for the salad, so they do give you options. Waiting can be quite a while especially during lunch hour. Dining area is carpeted. Wanted to spend more time to study but it was so dirty, there were utensils on the floor. Food is great though!

People who ordered AFTER me were served BEFORE me! The servers dont seem to care and are fresh. There is no order but the workers fill out the orders as they please. I waited 20 minutes for a simple soup and sandwich! When I complained that people who ordered after me were being served, I was mocked! NEVER AGAIN will I go to this store! Enough!

This place gets crowded at lunch time. Sometimes you cannot find a table. Decent sandwiches and they have seasonal specials. The prices are a little more than I prefer especially if I go for the 2 for soup and sandwich. You pick from the wrong column and you end up paying quite a bit more. all in al the Fomtaga Chicken is my fav.

Panera still remains one of my favorite chains, as they have reliable and decent seating, wifi, and the food is pretty good (even though frozen). I love their Mac n Cheese, the muffies (muffin tops!), and the Spinach and Bacon Souffle. This location does have really long lines during lunch, so skip it if you see a line.

This sandwich shop is not consistent. Sometimes you eat here and it is really great. Other times, it is just mediocre. They have unique exciting sandwiches and salads. The soups are different. Croissants, rolls, and other breads are very fresh. Soft in the middle, crunchy on the outside. Not expensive. The staff is okay.

工作人员都非常友好。但猜测不是,所以他提出做一半的价格为沙拉,所以他们给你的选择。等待可以相当一会儿,特别是在午餐时间。用餐区铺有地毯。 ...

Been coming here for a while for breakfast. Usually not crowded. Food is pretty tasty. Love their soups. Theres even a private space in the back thats used for meetings and its usually quieter in there. Will continue coming here as my family likes their breakfast options.

Cashier was cool, recommended the steak and cheese panini but the lady making the sandwich somehow made the sandwich cold. The center of the steak was ice cold and the sandwich itself wasnt warm for serving. I would not recommend this Panera Bread...

I love Panera, but the staff at this location never seem to get my salads right. Last time there was no lettuce in my half-salad so it was miniscule. Other times they simply forget ingredients or dont add extra when I pay for it.

Its easy to eat healthy here, and still have something tasty and filling. I had their Black Bean soup, and my wife had the Chicken and Wild Rice soup along with the Turkey, Apple, Cheddar sandwich. It was all delicious.

On May 10, 2017, me and my bro went to this Panera Bread on Bell Blvd. My Greek Quinoa salad was fresh and prepared very well, and the cashier was so friendly. Definitely one of the best locations in Queens.
