I have been going to Under the Moon for over 4 years. I would like to be able to say that it has improved over time but it hasnt. When they were in the quaint house down the street, the atmosphere we enchanting, and the menu (while of less choice than it is today) and cooking was more consistent. The last two times, April and March 2011, we visited, the entrees were extremely disappointing. The meat loaf was like mush, the seafood enchaladas were awful (the shell was dried out and could barely be cut, and where was the seafood?, just a bunch of gook inside) and the Spanish rice was overcooked and inedible (it literally bounced off the dish and onto the table when the waitress placed the dish down). Its sad for us since we really like the family and the atmosphere, but it was the food that used to draw us back again and again. I would have to think twice about where to spend my money now.

Under the Moon provides the most delicious meal – there were four of us for dinner on 11/28 – we all ordered something different and we were all in food heaven. Everything is done to perfection and the choices are plenty without being overwhelming (we did ask to have the specials repeated, but, we are not as young as we used to be) – our waitperson (very pc of me, I know) was more than attentive and answered our questions precisely and with humor – thanks so much Under the Moon – it was a special day for me, and it meant the world to be so well taken care of and to have been served such a wonderful dinner.

From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for an awesome experience. The eclectic decor grabs you immediatley. Our server was Jackie and was personable, happy and enjoyed her job. The food was just awesome. I had salmon with the best rice I have ever had, along with sauteed spinach. My husband had the meatloaf and said it was the best along with the mashed potatoes. Desert is not to be missed we had the peanut butter chocolate cheescake. AWESOME. We will be back to try more of the wonderful food. Please do not hestitate to try this GEM in Bordentown,NJ

The dinner we had was the best. I had short ribs and my girlfriend had stuffed pork chop. Each of these was excellent The young lady who took such great care of us was Kim. All the The best Birthday dinner ever! The food and the service was outstanding! servers were sweet the food was excellent and the desserts was outstanding!. We will be back. Under the Moon is the most eclectic, adorable and cozy little spot to grab a heavenly bite!! Their Argentinean-inspired dishes are beautifully served and you will be tempted to lick their sauces off your plate. This week I enjoyed the salmon surrounded with caper berries-sundried tomato-lemon sauce-brussels sprout-fingerling potato-kale - sinful!

Probably the best restaurant Ive found in NJ since I moved here three years ago. The food is first rate and the service is phenomenal. Theres a lot of different dishes to try from different areas and although theyre too big for me the portions couldnt be better for the money. Great romantic dinner setting as well. Only downside is parking.

So much fun to walk around the town and then go to this great cafe. The decor is wonderful (my favorite is the table that used to be an antique sewing machine and a shelf that is made from vintage luggage!) Chocolate mousse is AMAZING. And they have murder mystery shows too now which is great fun.

Fantastic tapas!! We had five different types of tapas each better than the previous one...pulpo was fresh and tender and the risotto rice balls were creamy and crunchy...ropa viejo was amazing, cannot wait to try their brunch!!! We stumbled upon it...only wanting to go to Bordentown...

$90 lunch for 3 people. Food and atmosphere was good but just too expensive. Very expensive deserts, creme pie slices were scooped out with no pie crust, do they reuse the pie crusts? They should give you a desert menu so you know that coffee and desert will add $30 to your bill.

This is a fun, eclectic option in Bordentown City! Everything from the decor to the menu to the drinkware possess an uncommon flair that make for a unique dining experience. I highly recommend the empanadas. Definitely a must for the culinarily adventurous!

This place has some of the most unique decor of any restaurant in the area. The food is also incredibly creative and enjoyable. I recently went in to buy just a loaf of their chorizo bread and it is incredible. I recommend going for any meal of the day!

Excellent food very attentive waitress me and my wife dropped by for lunch we had a very nice first time experience in a place that just gushes with charecter the prices are very reasonable. Check this place out you wont be dissapointed.

I really like the food there. The decor is so cute! I love all the mix and match silverware, plates, table settings, chairs, etc. Its gotten really expensive for their portions since I started going there, though. Its pretty good :)

Delicious food with a great variety for a small menu. It has an interesting decorated style. Old wood boards on the walls and suitcases has shelves. The tables and chairs are mismatched.
