patrons beware...... the first two times we came to this bar where great, food was awesome and service was cool. Like most places in this town our drinks where comped because we played the machines. This last time we visited we got SCREWED!!!! The food was still awesome but we where not comped for some of our drinks and they charged us a ridiculous price for a SMALL amount of fries and some ranch to the tune of $16. Unlike our visits before the prices and service where great but this time it was a total rip off to have a few drinks play and eat for almost 100 dollars total. Be very aware of what you are getting and what the charges are cause it seems that it changes from one bartender to another.... We and our friends will not be going back to this establishment unless maybe for the chicken finger, those are great and the cook is a cool dude.

Went there a few times. The bartenders are usually always really nice, but got once once that was terribly rude. She looked like a meth tweeker and started by complaining right from the start about how she was sick but had to work because she had a kid and her husband left her. Not my fault that she married a deadbeat and had a kid she cant afford! Dont take it out on me. Bartenders are supposed to listen to me complain, not vice versa! Anyway, she was terribly rude the whole time we were there, and we wont be coming back.

All the bartenders treat me with the utmost respect I come here all the time when I have enjoyed myself by coming to Cactus Jack I just live right around the corner and I love the owner and all the bartenders and maybe may they be blessed for all the kindness that give me Amen to all

The decor was interesting and the furniture was far better than most bars, but the atmosphere is nothing exciting. They have shuffle board but the table looks like it fell off of a truck, it is level though.

I got left there and had no idea where I was. The gentlemen that was on shift treated me excellent. A little stand offish, like I was weird, but who isnt a little off brand. Lmao thank you Mr. Dawg

You must have been having a bad hair day honey! This bar rocks!! Chuch & Roger are the best!! Food is very good as well although they have a limited menu. Go Steelers!!

1st time visit. I was sceptical based on the old reviews. But it definitely had a good atmosphere. Excellent service. Unique decor. Definitely coming back.

Ive been coming here for a little over 3 years. Great neighborhood bar! Extremely friendly staff. Machines are hot more often than not! Highly recommend!
