Let me tell you, this ice cream company has the nicest ice cream trucks I have ever seen. My company had booked them for a picnic and I was in charge of planning the event, and they were great! I had a budget we had to meet and they made a special menu just for our picnic, and the prices were great with an unbelievable selection. at the picnic the trucks showed up and I had never seen such nice new clean ice cream trucks. They did not look like the old beat up trucks I see speed through the neighborhoods. Now I know why they are so nice this company books mainly events and stays super busy because of their quality service. I know the Big companys like Edward Jones and Wells Fargo use only Frosty Favorites. They give a new image to the ice cream truck ideal. They were actually really reasonable on cost. I had price others before I had booked them and they came out to be cheaper than their competition, with better quality than any I have seen. I hope this information helps the consumer find this jewel. I felt like I had to write this review for thanks to this company for being so gracious with my event that I planned and they made me look great!

I contacted this company a few weeks ago via phone and website and I still have not received a reply. The first time I called, they didnt answer the phone and their voicemail box was so full that I couldnt even leave a voicemail, which is why I reached out via their website. After not receiving a phone call back or an email, I tried calling again and I was able to leave a message that time, but I STILL have not heard anything back. Very unprofessional. Luckily, I found another company who gave me outstanding customer service and is happy to come to our facility for an event.
