I called and ordered ahead of time so it would be ready to pick up when I got there. I get there to pick up my coworkers and my orders to find out they never started my pizza. So I had to sit there for an additional 20 minutes. When they finally had my order ready I asked if I would receive a discount and they said no because they did not have a manager on duty to do so. First of all you should always have a manager on duty no matter what second of all I waited an additional 20 minutes and did not even hear a sorry or anything. I will not be returning to this location. Very poor customer service.

Solos is definitely a great pizza place to go to that is different from the standard delivery. The pizzas are delicious and their salads are great, much better than the options most other pizza joints offer. Oftentimes when I go there the service is friendly, if sometimes a bit misunderstanding. Great place to go after an hour long dentist appointment!

I think they pitched the idea of this restaurant to the bank as "The Chipotle of pizza joints". Its fast, reasonably priced and overall a good value. Its also a good choice for lunch as they are very expedient and accurate with orders. Lunch for ~$10USD with fresh salad, fresh pizza and a drink is a good value in my book.

The pizza is really good and they added free ice cream a couple years back. If you sign up for their texting program the often send you really great deals on pizza. I never have had to wait more than a few minutes and the staff is friendly. The only downside is the place is getting a little rundown, especially the floors.

Theyve taken what was a great concept and made it complicated and silly with their new ordering system. They might as well put a wall up dice you cant customize the pizza as they make it.

Solos, get CHARGED extra for less toppings! Was told that since didnt order the three toppings for the duo needed to pay full price for two items off the list. Nice bait and switch.
