This is the second time in less than a year that I received second-rate service and mediocre food. My husbands chicken was under-cooked. Gratuity of 15% was included in my check for 4 people without any warning (the waitress did not deserve such a high tip). There was a total of 18 people eating in the entire restaurant yet they ran out of bowls forcing people to share a small dish of rice. The prices were high with very small portions. Our drinks were taken from us before we were finished eating. Then we had to wait a long time for our bill. The service was VERY poor. I will never go back again.

I ordered sweet and sour chicken and general tsos chicken plates delivered to my house. Food was horrible chicken was pink on the inside definantly undercooked and egg roll smelled like my garbagecan. I would not recommend to anyone. The woman I talked to on the phone seemed concerned about my issue when calling in with complaint. Do not eat here.

Had Orange Chicken delivered to my home and it tasted like it had a gallon of alcohol in it. It was not even edible... I called and they said they would deduct the amount of the chicken from our next order... REALLY!! Im never eating from here again and definitely dont recommend it.

food is ok ..sometimes horrible.. service is ok but owners are mean to their employees. The male owner was completely rude and made his waitress cry and leave. looks like a horrible place to work. will definitely bring my money elsewhere

We really like China House. The owners are great people, the food is good and plentiful, and yes its quiet. I dont require a lot of flash when I want to eat family-style. Ill save special places if I need showmanship. 5 out of 5 for us.

Service was excellent but the food was awful. We had crab rangoon, spring roll, dinner portion schezuan chicken, dinner portion garlic beef and a child portion of chicken noodles. All bad. The food was tasteless

Excellent experience. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was, and how clean do the previous reviews. I had excellent crab rangoon and chicken fingers. Its excellent American/Chinese food.

I wouldnt recommend this to anyone who likes Chinese food! Dont wast your time. Service was good, people were pleasant, unfortunately, the food is sub par!

Contrary to what people are saying, my meal wasnt that bad. I got the C24 (beef and broccoli). The rice could be better. But overall it wasnt bad.
