I am a big fan of customer service, what I saw in this Cold Stone Creamery was awful!! I was in store #1083, 7476 Cortez Road in Bradenton Florida on Sunday April, 7th at about 6:30pm, my husband and I go there on a regular basis. When I went in there was one girl working the counter, Rochelle, very sweet, helpful, and super nice! Then there was another girl who was cleaning up, I think her name is Shelby or something like that. In the 15 minutes I was in the store the girl who was cleaning, had yelled at Rochelle 5 or 6 times in front of the customers. She was yelling at her about the bananas, a cap to a container that was lost, the dirty dishes on the counter, ect… After yelling at her she started slamming things around and throwing things. Myself and every other customer told Rochelle that we were sorry that she had to deal with working with someone like this. All she would say is “it’s ok”, “I am fine”, and “don’t worry.” This to me is OUTRAGIOUS and should NEVER, NEVER happen!!! I hope that in writing this this store will do something about this person that works there. This is not the first time I have seen this behavior from this girl!!

Dirtiest, most unsanitary place I have ever worked. Dont waste your money on this nasty food, youre gonna get sick. Always failed health and corporate inspections. The frozen stone has mold buildup on the underside and dont even get me started on the amount of bugs in this place. I wish I could upload pictures from my phone, I have many since I worked there for a year. The owner doesnt care. If only you could see how truly nasty this place is from an employees perspective...you have no idea how many times I would cringe and want to tell them the truth when a customer asked me what flavors I like and if I eat the icecream. Dead fruit flies were always in the icecream and in the fruit.

The ice cream is delicious and thats why I go back. The service is consistently terrible. I have been several days of the week and there is only ever one person making ice cream. There may be two working but the other person cleans or is in the back. I understand the need for those things, but customer service should be a top priority. If there are more than 3 groups of people (6-9 orders) that other person should help. Then both people can work on cleaning. It only makes sense. Unfortunately this one is close to home and I cant resist how good it is. But if I had a choice I would not go back.

The store close at 10pm, BUT if you want to go dont go at 9:55pm. Last night the server (young man with pony tail.) slamed the door in front of us just at 9:55pm. Me and family feels offended. Probably because we are hispanic? I dont know. Theres many ways to do things. No need to be disrespectful. I would appreciate words like: " We close at 10pm but tonight Im tired, we go to close 5 minutes before." I can understand that. This is not the first post about server attitude. If you can deal with bad service, then I suggest this place.

Just walked out of this place. The staff was incredibly disrespectful. My husband, child and I met my sister and her family there. We waited for 15 minutes to order and the next staff member took the order of the people behind us. Unbelievable, how about serving the people whos next first??!? Im never going back. Horrible service. And not to mention the mint ice cream had a fly in it. Never spending my money at that place again.

Every time we go to this one something is broke or they are out of something. Tonight it was the waffle machine for cones was broke again. Same situation last week. Like come on people get it together, wheres the management? The gal at the counter was sweeter than my ice cream!! She is a real super star! Smiles n very nice!! But please get management that knows how to run a business.

The place was dirty and unkept. The employees touched their faces, fixed their hair, and handled money without washing their hands. They continued to make customers ice cream. The whole store was filthy and flies were in the cooler and store. The whole place made my skin crawl. I couldnt even being myself to place an order.

Visited this store for the first and last time on Mothers Day. Its an icecream store where you would expect to get icecream in a cone, no cone or waffle bowls, it was a cup or nothing. They were out of milk so you couldnt get a milkshake either. Overall, poor service, dirty store, worse Cold Stone Ive ever visited.

I have just left Cold Stone and I had a great expeirence the ice cream is creamy and tasteful their staff and employees are very nice and one worker in particular stood out witch was Taylor he was kind and fast but efficient. I am looking toward the future and will be going back to Cold Stone.

The ice cream is good although the servers are lazy. Barely mixed the ice cream. Chincy on the toppings. 2 tables with 4 chairs total. No place to sit. 1 table outside with 3 chairs. Sat at Starbucks. This store needs to step it up!
