There was a group of us so we stayed almost till closing we noticed in the big dinning room that they were cleaning the tables the person doing so stripped the tables clean then put them back to gether with place matts and silverware then placed the chairs on top of them the chairs that people were sitting in all day and night were placed on the table settings GROSS Im glad we were in a booth.

Paradise Pizza is one of my favorite restaurants. No matter what you order, its always good. Generous portions, friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere. A great place for a large party, shower, family get together. ..even had a wedding rehearsal dinner there. Cant say enough good stuff about the place...like I said, one of my favorites! !

OK so I contacted them for a delivery. I could barely hear much less understand the guy and the phone. I asked if they delivered and he quickly got very pissy and asked if I live in a house. I said yes and He said they never deliver to houses only apartments. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!? LOSERS Boycott sleazy dirty nasty places like this.

Food is usually good, okay prices. They mop the floor by the entrance well before closing, so watch out during dinner hours! Servers are okay, but could use some training on where to put hands/fingers (dont hold three full glasses on the inside with your fingers!). Its what youd expect from a neighborhood pizza place.

Excellent service. Ordered a French Dip sandwich, fries and a beer....food was hot, well prepared, timely...fries were the best I have had in years, super hot with some savory coating that was just perfect. Beer was cold and good selection. Whole meal with beer...around $12.

We have been coming to Paradise for over 20 years, very homey and friendly. The food is very good and if they dont have a item on the menu all you have to do is ask and they try to accommodate. Would recommend a visit.

Ive Never had a bad meal or pizza at Paradise and Ive been going there for 30+ years. Everyone is friendly, the service is great, you get nice size servings for a reasonable price. GREAT PLACE!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT

Got to try the Backyard Omelette with hash brown potatoes very exquisite and was cooked with perfection. Next time in New Britain, make sure you stop in for the best meal anywhere!
