The Good - Clean interior - Pretty good Sw&So - Fresh vegetables - Tables and chairs are in good condition - Clean table tops - Friendly dude at the front - Not crazy busy at lunch - Quick Order, under 10 min - Not a chain The Bad - Cant do 50/50 fried rice and steamed rice - No Brown Rice The Ugly - Interior decorations are all over the place (inconsistent) Gonna start off by saying Im not a fan of the bead entrance, especially when Im in motorcycle gear and wearing a backpack, way too much can get caught up in it. But maybe it helps keep the bugs out while keeping the door open (just noticed this fact while typing it, no flys). Took the Sweet & Sour to go. They were more than willing to double bag it to make sure I didnt spill it in my backpack in transit. They also packed 2 complimentary veggie rolls, along with more Sw&So sauce, chili sauce, and good quality chop sticks. The Sw&So was really good. Had good flavor, vegetables were fresh (indicating its not frozen food). Good quantity. Just wish I had 50/50 rice, instead I just went with steamed rice. Overall, Id take KK over Panda at this point. Ill probably be stopping by again some time.

Placed a delivery order, hung up the phone at 5:42PM on Saturday, delivery arrived just before 7PM---delivery address is a couple of blocks from the restaurant. Literally the worst Chinese food Ive ever had (ordered Generals Chicken, Sweet & Sour Chicken, and Curry Chicken). The chicken was soggy, nearly flavorless, and just not good. Ordered 2 things of steamed rice, received one. Bought a couple 2-liters, and they arrived warm. One of the fortune cookies wasnt even in a plastic wrapper. Will never order here again.

They changed hands. The new folks are slow. And the food is now greasy and under-seasoned. Stay away. Heres my old review. Good food; reasonably priced Best Chinese in the neighborhood. Clean, well lit. Its not as good as a restaurant in China but as close as youre going to find in San Jose.

Delicious food friednly service and a cozy atmesphere great family place portians could be bigger the soups anyways over amazing place I will be returning with my family or boyfriend soon :D

I always get take out or their free delivery. In this area of San Jose, this is one of the best Chinese restaurants. Everything is well priced, and the food is pretty good.

Overall, very, very good . The Kk special chicken wings amazing, as is the Eggplant in hot garlic sauce. I have sent many customers to them they all liked KK very much.
