My wife and I love Cold Stone but we had a terrible experience at this location. When we walked in no one was at the counter so we had to wait for the girl working there to come out from the back. The music she was playing was rather inappropriate for a family centered environment (f word several times). She acted rather put off that we were even there. I asked to have half of one ice cream and half of another and her attitude filled reply was "We dont do that." Lastly, we wanted to validate parking and when I asked her, once again, her reply was "We wont do that." The she headed right into the back area while we were still standing there. Not one to complain, but if that was my business Id want to know if my employee was treating a customer that way.

This place was blowing up social media for their ube ice cream. I was in the LES so i decided to check it out. There was a line, nothing crazy. I figured it would go fast since it is soft serve. Compared to rolled ice cream, the line was pretty quick. I think i waited 20 minutes? We had about 30-40 people ahead of us. The price was fair for a regular with one topping (3.95 + .50 per topping). I went with black sesame and ube, and coconut shavings. The flavors were decent. The ube wasnt as strong. It is really creamy/milky. The black sesame definitely was stronger in flavor, but still not "in your face" with flavor. I believe the black sesame at Mitsubishi is much more nutty. Staff was super friendly and good overall experience.

I couldnt believe the flavors of this amazing soft serve ice cream!!!! I had the Honey Lavender and the Seseme. Luckily, I came by on a Monday afternoon and there were no lines!!! Bi-Rite really does satisfy everyones sweet cravings!! I definitely plan on coming back every time I come to CA!

Coldstones is delicious but this location needs a new manager. There are 11 people in line, self included and one person working. 1 order covers a workers hourly pay sooo... ? There needs to be more people on staff. People are quiting? Give them raises and treat them better.

There was a huge line and there was only one person working the front and her name was Samantha she moved the line rather quickly and was very helpful with explaining the menu and was overall very polite. Great customer service, tipped her $10. She deserves a raise.

FRIDAY NIGHT, 10 pm. theres a line of like 10 people and only one associate. Josh worked efficiently to help all the customers get their icecream as quick as possible. ALL ALONE, it was a great experience. totally deserves a raise!

Cant go wrong with Cold Stone Creamery! This one is on the 3rd floor, BEHIND the Johnny Rockets. It was difficult for us to find it at first. The customer service was great, the ice cream was good, no complaints!

Another great location for devilishly delightful Ice Cream. Handcrafted waffle cones, design your own and 10 flavors to choose from. Counter service with seating on the deck, wheelchair accessible via elevators.
