Before we even walked in I knew it was going to be bad. There was about 5 to 7 people right outside the door smoking cigarettes. It stunk. When we walked in and found our "reserved tables" they were FILTHY DIRTY. If you have reserved seating I think you would expect them to have the tables ready and clean for the customers. I asked 3 different employees to clean it and not until i went up to the front desk did they come out and clean it for us. I ordered my food..got my salad( cucumbers in salad were soggy and old), wings (they were cold), pull apart bread (which was really good) ... but i still sat around for about an hour to get my pizza. They had given my pizza to the wrong table....or they just hadnt made it to begin wih...idk.... i ended up asking for a manager to come to my table... i waited 5 minutes and nothing. I went again to front and had girl in front find manager. All in all service was bad. The manager didnt know how to handle the problem beacuse he asked me what he wanted him to do. So i had him refund my pizza and i still got my pizza delivered to my table... it wasnt all that good..ive had better pizza. Will i be returning??? Maybe not... price for food was good though!!!

Horrible customer service. I dont recommend going here, especially when theyre busy because they certainly wont pay attention to you. Dont even bother calling their restaurant, they let their phone ring and wont pick up (rather, hang up and call again until they finally pick up..). And if they pick up the phone, they lack customer service; they answer the phone with a short "Hi" like a kid. Pathetic. Plus, its so noisy in the background that it makes it really hard to hear them.

Food is horrible pizza dough came out a little raw,no flavor on anything else. I was there for a b-day party floors and carpet are DIRTY kids games need repairs TOO expensive look dirty. If you like beer and sports its decent alot of T.V.s and variety of beer other than that I dont recommend it for functions.

Great pizzas, worth the money, and you can watch them being made. Friendly, family atmosphere, but it gets Really loud. Large screen tvs add to the noise especially when fans drink a lot of beer.

I usually come for dinner. Today I stopped in for lunch.great as always. Pizza chips and a drink for about $5. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Really good pizza and calzone. Decent craft beer selection. Great selection of games. You couldnt do better for a post soft ball party.

Best pizza ever, but they changed the ranch and now the ranch tastes horrible. Bring back the old ranch, and dont charge for it!
