Me encantan esas hamburguesas están muy ricas desde que conocí a mi novia ella me llevo ahí que quería In-n- out, yo no conocía ese in-n-out asta que ella me dijo que esa hera su comida favorita y la tuve que llevar ahí y desde entonces me encantó y sobre todos a hora nuestros hijos les encanta, sólo quieren puro in-n-out no quieren otra cosa.... mucha suerte y espero que no cambien las recetas de cocina....

The chick at the take out window took my 20 but only tendered 10.00, gave me 3.00 change. Bet she does that all day long. Too bad for her the smile wasnt worth the extra 10.00 nor distracting enough to leave without my change. The manager said hed have her count her drawer. She did and she was over, I recovered my 10.00 but the manager didnt apologize or offer a discount or t-shirt or anything. Im sure he knows her game, and they probably think its funny. I think Ill boycott In n Out in La Puente for a while. Come to think of it there are very few Hispanic kids working at that in n out in a Hispanic neighborhood. There is something called parity, there should be as diverse a workforce in the business as the neighborhood it is serving. I think Ill follow up on that thought.

This In-N-Out provides great customer service and excellent food for anyone looking to appease their appetite. The staff here is very welcoming and provide great customer service all around. Food here gets served very quickly and in an orderly fashion. The only complaint I have is their drive-thru being very long during peak hours, but it gets moving quickly because of how fast they give out the food. Each customer usually takes no more than a minute to serve, while in some cases it can take up to two. But for the most part, you can expect to have food given fast. On another note, this establishment was built to replace the first ever In-N-Out that is just on the other side of the freeway, so its pretty cool to check out afterwards.

This location was pretty impressive...In-N-Out has to be the cleanest fast food chain on Earth...and this being the Mothership, everything was imaculent. I spoke to a couple of employees during my visit as their "guest" and they all were very respectful, pleasant, happy with a good attitude. I stated, wow In-N-Out must test take care of their employees to get those outstanding results...and one guy said; everyone loves working here and the Company takes care of them. Well, you know, your only as good as the people who work for you. Right on In-N-Out, your incredible and Awesome

I rate this place a five, not because its the best burger ever. But because it is consistently a good burger, never mediocre, in 50 years, always good. Clean, good people and although the freeway next to this store covers the original location that one is as close as you can get. Thank you Harry and Ester Snyder and good luck to the granddaughter that now owns it.

Excellent burgers. Unfortunately, sizes larger than 4 patties and 4 cheese slices (4x4s) arent available any more. Be sure to order off the (not so secret) menu - look it up on Google. This is the corporate headquarters, so service and food are especially top notch. But, its incredibly crowded. T-shirts and memorabilia are available at the In-N-Out gift store.

Its In-N-Out, whats more for me to explain? I love this place! They always are open until 1 am so I head by after work when Im craving food. Their staff is anyways genuinely nice and are willing to fit your order to your taste down to the exact flavor! I always enjoy having a double double with protein style when I want something low carb.

The number 1 store. Best of the locations. Great staff. All friendly and helpful. Got a problem with food they will fix it no questions asked. Awesome location. Always Top Notch service. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking. In N Out company store and University are on the lot.

Good customer service! Beautiful location❤ Factory/university very close by. My cashier got my shake right and made I sure I liked it. (I ordered a 25% strawberry 75% chocolate). Make sure you ask for spread when you get your meal and ask for animal style! Cheers!

In-N-Out is always delicious and always fresh at a great price! Every time we come we have to have a cheeseburger animal style, and it tastes so yummy every single time. This particular location is one of the best In-N-Outs, always friendly and quick service.

Im from the East Coast and just had my first In-N-Out experience. Simple menu, very helpful staff who guided me through my first order, and extremely delicious food. Apparently I like the Double Double Animal style. Id definitely recommend this preparation.

The original restaurant is one the other of the freeway. Its a museum burger stand. This In N Out has a great staff and friendly. Makes your orders like you like them. The other great thing of this place there is a store and of course in n out university.

Baldwin Park is where the first in in out was built. Been goimg theree since i was a child.. My Family eats there about once a month.. I live across the street on Francisquito so i can smell it Daily. Great place to have an Amazing burger.. We love it

With the original in-n-out down the street (closed) it is an upgraded restaurant and to see the in-n-out university and company store in the same parking lot is a what the, moment. Must be another kept secret like some of the menu items

Always busy but they keep the lines and drive through going. This location is by the in n out university! Also on the other side of the freeway is a replica of the original in n out drive thru. Large in door and outdoor eating areas.

I grew up a few blocks away in Bassett. Always brings back memories. Sad they tore down the original building and built a replica. Lines will usually always be long but service is very quick. No wifi here :/

It is right beside the first in n out ever builded and it also has the second building right beside it to buy merchandise. Every though it is packed alot it is one of the fastest I have been to

This is the best In N Out experience you can have, great food, great service, very clean, plenty of parking, and the company store and university are in the parking lot. Its worth a visit.
