If there was 1/2 a star, we would give it to this restaurant. We spent a good amount of time collecting orders from the team. When we called them, even though they advertise delivery, we were informed that they had no driver. So our boss drove and picked up the food. Then it arrived and weve been regretting it ever since. I ordered the SUMMER GREEN. It was in the meatless section, and apparently what they mean by meatless is a bunch of thawed frozen vegetables heated up in a microwave with a plastic tub of peanut butter mixed with oil. Apparently salt must not be very popular in whatever part of Thailand their cooks come from. The ORANGE CHICKEN is almost drinkable like a soup, and like the SUMMER GREEN, was completely devoid of that rarest of dining expecations, "flavor". The FRIED RICE came with uncooked tomatoes, and frozen pineapple chunks. Its eater desperately searched for salt, pepper, or a little sriracha, to no avail. One star for the PUD THAI, whose eater was happy with the food. Actually looks not too bad, and tastes great. Good job.

Being the food snob that I am, I have to say I was very pleased with the food I ordered at Bahn Thai. Although difficult to mess up, the Pahd woon sen and spring rolls were excellent. Portions were large--I had to take them home and to my dismay my boyfriend ate it all within seconds LOL Their lunch specials seemed to be nice too, but I was visiting Seattle and didnt get a chance to return. This was a little over a week and Im still thinking about their food.... :) Service was okay--the waiters arent too sociable, they just kind of scamper about from table to table, but my water glass was always refilled. The Thai Iced tea was pretty good as well. At one point someone actually gave me someone elses phad thai, but another waiter quickly wisked it away within a minute or so. Although I only had a few moments to look at it, the phad thai did look delicious (noodles looked cooked properly, vegetables fresh) :) Of course I didnt taste it though.

If youre looking for recommendations you have to try to chicken noodle. Its like pad see eew but somehow a billion times better. The rice noodle is soft in just the perfect consistency and the sauces blend well together. The pineapple chunks add a wonderful burst of flavor and really sweeten up the savory dish. The dishes here are pretty spicy as the food here is very authentic, so dont feel like a wuss is you have to tone down a star or two from your usual ordering. Better yet, make sure to order a Thai iced tea for when the dishes get too hot. Dinner gets pretty busy on nights when the nearby Seattle Rep is having shows so expect a wait or come on a non peak hour for super fast service from the friendly and inciteful staff.

The Dinner Combos and New Lunch Specials are great here. The portion sizes are good and the food quality has greatly improved from years past [I have been coming here off and on for over 9 years]. On my last several visits the curry dishes, soups, and spring rolls were consistently tasty and flavorful. On the noodle front- There Phad Thai is good, but just a step above average. I will say this has become my new favorite Thai place since the sad decline of Thai Heaven also on Roy St. The service can be a little bit slow sometimes, but the staff is very polite. ****They use a 1 to 4 stars Spicy Scale, so remember that when ordering.****

This is my favorite Thai food place in Seattle! The food is great and the people are very nice. We get delivery from them every Sunday, and its always a treat. Every now and again the owner actually delivers the food too! If youre looking for great Thai food, get the Chicken Pad Thai with 4 Stars and some deep fried spring rolls and you will not be dissapointed! One word of warning though: These guys are one of the only Thai restaurants in town that are serious about their star rating. If you ask for 5 stars, be prepared with a cool beverage at your side, because your mouth will be on fire! Thanks for the great service guys!

Very bad customer service! When we walked in they seated us and had us sit for 45 minutes and didnt so much as bring us water. They claimed they were "busy" when more than half the seats were empty - I think dysfunctional is a more accurate word. It finally came to the point where they were refusing guests and at that point we decided to cut our losses and leave. Honestly have no idea how this place ranks 4+ stars. Maybe the food is good but I wouldnt know considering they dont serve their customers. Very disappointed.

Visiting Seattle and our Airbnb was just around the corner... so good. So so good. Their "spice" level is appropriate so if you want something really hot or really not, make sure to order appropriately. Had the gyosa (delish), the chicken pad Thai (mild) and chicken noodles (very hot) and were delicious. For drinks we had the lychee martini and White Russian (still great). Seemed like the locals liked it here as well. Check it out!!

Ive eaten at nearly every Thai restaurant from the International District up to Queen Anne, and Bahn Thai puts them all to shame. Good quality ingredients, amazing flavors... I know good food, and this place has it. Their pad thai is amazing, authentic flavor but not overpowering. Curries are creamy and good. Appetizers are amazing, soups are amazing. Pleasant wait staff. Best of all, they deliver!

Ordered See lew Tofu for my Italian friend and she absolutely loved it (and she has a fine palate). I got the What a Feeling Entree with chicken and every bite was perfectly cooked and tasty. Only downfall has nothing to do with them, but the Mercer corridor project made my pickup time about 50 minutes round trip starting from around Amazon campus (only a 1/2 mile one way).

Panang Curry! Excellent! I had a previous favorite in Tacoma which closed. Bahn Thai equals my favorite Panang Curry. They scrambled to get us a table. Luckily I had called saying we were coming. When we got there they were saying 20 minutes, until I said "But we called!" In their minds we had made a reservation! I give them full credit for treating us so wonderfully.

Worst experience ever at this place. First they bring the wrong dish. One I didnt order. Then my dinner mates are almost done when I get my food and then I find a hair in the food. Manager didnt even apologize and tried to show us he was giving a big discount to us but charged us for the item we didnt order and said that was part of the discount. Wont be back.

Best massaman curry and pad see iew Ive found. I unfortunately have little experience with the rest of the menu, as the opportunity cost of forgoing both of those dishes is simply too high to bear. Biggest downside? They are inconsistent with their delivery hours, sometimes forcing me to get dressed on a lazy weekend afternoon

Great customer service, and there usually isnt a wait. The portions are sizeable. They make decent Thai food. Good flavor with a kick to it. I like their drunken noodles and the pumpkin dish they had on special. The meat in the beef stew which was also a special was a little too fatty though. Like more fat than meat.
