I had ordered from this place before and it was really good food and service so thought on friday to place an advance ordert o be delivered at 8 am piza friens and a drink. Yum. I got a call at 7:07 saying they had to delay making the order cause the delivery guy was late and the cook didnt want the food to grow cold. Which was fine thats cool. 7:30 and i hadnt heard anything so shrugged thinking itll be here since they were late making it around 8:20 8:30. 8:35 i decided to call to see whats up, they told me i was third for delivery and it would be there soon. It did come at around 8;50.... Cold and unedible. I was upset but had to clock into work as i worked from home. On my lunch break i called and apoke the the manager, she apologied and offered to remake it and i said well my bf had already brought us food and then she said she would talk to the owner about a credit, and to call back later. I did and the owner i was then told would not be in until saturday and to call then. Well i couldnt call saturday due to easter rush at work so i had called today, the manager then told me to call around 1 or 2 and she would let me know whats going on. i did then call at 1;20 and was told the owener was there but left and the manager assured me she would talk to him and call me when she heard back. Right now i hadnt heard anything but to me this kinda marrs my experience with the pizza place. I dont know if the manager hasnt yet talked to the owner or was plained forgotten to call me. But i know one thing ill call wednesday and see whats going on and will go from there. Ill update this interview when i hear from them or on wednesday. Hopefully the owner sees this and talks to the manager. Who knows? Side note: they did orignally ask for the food back which i thought was a bit weird but i had thrown it away. the mamnger did say she would still work with me since now its been a few days doubt theyd want it back UPDATE: they pretty much said at the most itll be a 10.00 credit and the manager seemed upset i called in to check on it. esp since she stood right next to the person on the phone and sounded mad. so it looks like they wont resolve anything. My advice? go with dominos they will at least work with you

When I went to go and pick up my order at Paradise, I had a welcoming experience. The ladies up front were very responsive, but not very energetic (but so what, I dont care about it.) It was a very calm and well met welcoming. I was there with my brothers and boyfriend, and so the order I placed earlier was probably already ready, but they all wanted something as well. So there was a lot to wait on, but it wasnt busy at all. We were first ahead of any other people that were also there. The wait time wasnt that long either. It was like 10-15, maybe 20 minutes if anything. No rush circumstance. Service was fast and not poor. When I called the store earlier, the lady over the phone sounded a little annoyed / rude, but it was probably just bad hearing. They are trying and I cant wait to see how far this restaurant goes. Keep it up! More importantly by the way, when we arrived home, the food was correct, everything was nice and warm and delicious. The party pizzas were slightly cold, but that was probably because I placed it a bit too early. Thats on me. Otherwise: -Great food✓ -Big portions very available✓ -Good service ✓ Will post available photos for future reference.

We got a menu & found out they deliver to our area (Burbage Grant) so we figured wed give them a try. 4 stars are a sure bet! This place is great! We ordered a large amount of food. Gotta try the new place out right...The girl who answered the phone didnt really give me an indication of whether she heard me & asked for my address twice, so I made sure that my order was repeated back. Also, the total was higher than I expected & when I mentioned that, she told me the prices had gone up a dollar. So the menu is received in the mail a couple weeks ago was priced incorrectly.(hence the 4 stars) Regardless, she told me 50 mins for our large order & it was a little over timeswise, but not much! We got the Capri pizza, the White pizza, 2 strombolis, 20 wings, a gyro & a large Philly cheesesteak (which is as large as my arm & $10!) Everything was fresh & piping hot. The dough for the pizzas & strombolis was nice, a good bite with a great chew. The sauce is decent & the amount of meat that comes in each item is well worth the price. We will be ordering from here frequently. Quality & quality are totally in balance. Im a fan now.

I ordered a platter that included wings, chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, and onion rings for an event at my job. The platter was advertised to feed 18 to 20 people. When we received the platter, it came with about 15 wings, 8 chicken tenders, 8 mozzarella sticks, and 6 onion rings. When I called Paradise Pizzeria back to complain about the party platter we received that did not nearly feed 18 people, they said they will bring another platter that would equal out to 20 pieces of each food item. So, there serving size for each person was 1 chicken wing, 1 mozzarella stick, 1 onion ring, and 1 chicken tender. Everyone at the event did not get to eat with everyone else, they had to wait for the second platter to arrive 30 minutes later. For this huge inconvenience, they offered me a 10 dollar credit for the store and the manager told me, "Take it or leave it." I paid 59 dollars for this platter!!! Everyone at my job was shocked that I paid 59 dollars for this tiny platter. Unbelievable. And the manager was so rude and disrespectful.

I ordered 2 subs for delivery and when the subs arrived one was completely wrong. I called waited on hold forever... Finally got to explain and the response was hold on...Placed on hold again without even an apology. Then she returns to ask if I have the wrong sub still...Yes I do...And lets me know they need that sub back and in 30 minutes they will come to pick up the other one and bring me the right one..Still not even a simple apology for anything. Horrible customer service. Im pretty sure someone will be eating this wrong sub they delivered to me...Gross!! Im done with this place....I had definitely recommended them to people before this never again. No compensation no apology. .. no sign of them giving a crap about customers...No worries never again I will definitely tell people not to order from you and we wont order again.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE MANAGER CONNIE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND TOLD ME WHETHER SHE LOSES ME OR NOT THAT IS NOT HER PROBLEM SHE HAS OTHER THINGS TO WORRY ABOUT. I CALLED THE STORE THREE TIMES ABOUT A DELIVERY ORDER THEY MESSED UP BY FORGETTING MY FOOD AND THEY STATED THEY WOULD GIVE ME A CREDIT, WHEN I CALLED BACK SHE SAID THEY WERE SO UNDER STAFFED AND GOING THROUGH TRANSITION THEY DID NOT WRITE THAT DOWN. THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. MY WINGS WERE DRY THE GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH WAS THE WORST AND THEY DID NOT TRY TO HELP OR RESOLVE MY ISSUE. MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN. I SEE WHY CHICK FIL A HAS SO MUCH BUSINESS, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS THEY WOULD HAVE NONE.
