We passed up this restaurant three times and saw people coming and going. It piqued our interest since we had gone to a Chinese restaurant across the street that had gone out of business. We decided to stop and give it a try. We were glad we did. When we parked there was several couples sitting outside enjoying their meal at the tables with the umbrellas. We were able to glance down as we walked by and noticed how delicious their food looked and smelled. This encouraged us to continue inside. Soon as we stepped in we several attendants were standing at the hostess station. One of them welcomed us, gave us a menu and introduced us to our waitress Katie. Katie took us to the right side which seemed like the perfect spot for families because it had a wall that separated that side from the left side which had a fully stocked bar. She sat us down in a booth and greeted us with her warm infectious smile. She patiently waited to take our order offering several suggestions to us. We have a strict diet which excludes pork. While ordering my breakfast item I inquired about their turkey sausage and whether it had any pork in it including the casing. She was so kind to go and check with the chef and informed me it did in fact have pork and she suggested that I try the turkey bacon as an alternative which I accepted. My husband ordered the Café Burger just because it looked good. Normally, I check the menu in detail for him but I was too preoccupied with coloring the kids menu with my son to look over the menu. So my husband instead asked the waitress for clarification purposes did it have any pork on it. She incorrectly told him that it did not have any pork. Later, when she brought him the Café Burger it did in fact have pork bacon on it. She apologized profusely and offered to get him a new Café Burger right away. She left and a very short time later returned with a new Cafe Burger that was hot and appetizing looking. She also returned with the Manager Erin who also took the time to apologize and gave us our meal with a 15 % discount for our inconvenience. Now the reason I give them 5 stars is not because our first time there was perfect. Because as I mentioned above it was not. I also didnt give them 5 stars because we got a 15 % discount because we came to eat there with the intentions on paying full price. The reason I gave this establishment 5 stars was for the following reasons: 1. They acknowledged they made a mistake, apologized for it and immediately tried to make it right. 2. Not only did they acknowledge that they made a mistake they went above and beyond to not make my husband feel bad for mentioning it. My husband is not the kind who likes to cause any drama so this was greatly appreciated. 3. The food was delicious, the portions were very good for the price and the food was simply delicious. Not only were we a satisfied customer but everyone seemed like they were regulars and satisfied with their meals from the look on their faces and the tips being left on the tables. 4. When we went to the restroom it was not only clean but it had a little step stool so my son could use to reach the sink. A very nice touch. We always have to do a little acrobats in order for him to reach things in a public bathroom, in this one he didnt have to. There was a lot of menu choices to choose from including breakfast items to American classic foods such as hamburgers and everything in between. There is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We will definitely return here again when we are in the area and encourage anyone to give it a try. Make sure to come early though because it is only open for breakfast and lunch hours (7:00 AM-2:00 PM).

This place has one of the best breakfast menus in Metro Atlanta! Im over particular about my meals, and I usually have repeat meals, mostly since the menus arent striking. When I visit here, everything sounds amazing; its impossible to decide! Ive never been so excited for breakfast nor craved breakfast for lunch (and dinner). The seasonal picks and signature dishes never upset! The shrimp and grits, lemon, blueberry, and goat cheese pancakes, crab cakes are all delicious and served hot (occasionally warm but never cold). This location is spotless but small! However, the adjacent tables cant hear you so sitting is well arranged. Prices may spoil your appetite. I think some meals are priced unreasonably. This is ATL, not NYC. I think this place would be cozier with open windows. The dynamic of the environment can feel much like a diner although youre paying top dollar. I think service is mediocre. It doesnt get any better the later you arrive, although its midday. Everyone is cleaning around you and focusing on leaving. I suggest coming well before close to gain visibility. I totally say this is a breakfast and brunch hotspot!

We started of with some apple juice and a virgin smoky sriracha Mary which was the best thing I had here. Loved the smoky flavour and the spicy kick. We ordered lemon blueberry goats cheese, banana fosters and a mixed berry pancake. The first few bites of the lemon blueberry pancake were delicious but thats only because there was only a dollop of the goats cheese and then it was just a plain old blueberry pancake. The banana fosters was the best pancake Ive had in a long time. Next up was the skinny omelette which was as good as an egg white omelette can be. The side of fruits that came with it was eh. Also ordered 1/2 a serving of beignets because I wanted to see what it was all about , which was essentially a version of a funnel cake or maybe this wasnt the place to try something for the first time. The only reason I might go back for round two is for the Virgin Mary and just maybe to try the lobster and brie omelette!

We got there about 20-25 minutes before closing, walking in already knowing what we wanted to order. Took the server a long time to even get to our table to even greet us. Placed our drink and full order at the same time. After drinks arrived didnt see server for too long of a time. Other customers who arrived either the same time or after us received and about finished their food before we even got ours. Once order came, most of mine was cold. I ordered the crab cake Benedict - potatoes were the only thing that was hot - NO ONE likes cold crab cakes... that Im aware of. Just not a good experience the first time we went to this location. Seemed like she was more concerned with closing than getting us taken care of. Its hard enough getting out of the house with a young baby but to get out and be fully disappointed with the food and meal experience was even more of a let down.

I adore Another Broken Egg Cafe. Three words: Homemade Biscuit Beignets. We had these this past weekend and every expectation I had for Beignets was met and exceeded! The Beignets were amazing! I didnt care for the honey orange marmalade, I dont really like oranges, but the dough was cooked perfectly and then appropriately doused in powdered sugar. I got the crab stack and it was delicious! Nice and hearty and not exactly what I was expecting, but the crab cake was 100% crab! I hate getting crab cakes and its essentially stuffing with a little bit of crab. The homestyle fries are also a huge win. I love this place, I would love to make a return trip every weekend!
