Hello, I have written you guys a few times before and I still have issues with your store. I want to share with you what I just posted as a Google review for this location. I feel like it is my duty as the customer to provide you feedback for which you can improve your services with and I have been providing constructive feedback to your store over the years which I feel like is being ignored which makes me think you dont care about my feedback and me as a customer. With that said I do not think you are doing your part to listen to me and my feedback to improve your services. When you read this and it may seem harsh, please understand that only half of my frustrations are heard here and you could not possibly understand how much trying to work with this store upsets me. I feel that you are capable of doing so much better, but refuse to. The Review Reads: I have been shopping here for over 3 years and every single time they prove to me that this is the worst Publix ever. The deli never answers the phone and they always mess up my order. If they are not doing one of these then they are giving me a hard time on the phone and arguing about what they are willing to do or not do. I have shopped at several Publix and I know what I am ordering and what you can offer me, but when someone refuses to do something simple like check for cuban bread they make it seem like I am asking allot. I shouldnt have people telling me I cant have a certain cheese on a certain sandwich or I cant have cuban bread because of some faulty excuse they create. I hate calling here for these reasons, its such a hassle to place my order because they are so busy not answering the phone or simply refusing to serve me when they do answer the phone. This one lady said she doesnt know if they have cuban bread and I asked her to go check and she refused by responding with, "If we have the cuban bread ill use that for your sandwich otherwise I will use white bread" SERIOUSLY WTF! Do you think I have time to call in a sandwich, take my 30 minute lunch break and come in to and HOPE that you made my sandwich with the right bread. Who do you think you are to make that decision with MY time. Your getting paid by the hour to serve me, NOT please YOU! That is total junk, the time this woman spent arguing with me she could have gone through their secret back tunnel and checked for some freaking bread. Instead she persists to piss me off and refuse me something so simple. I really really Hate this location as I complain and all I get is attitude and excuses, I never get results. What is the point of me giving feedback if your A.) NOT listening and B.) Not taking action and for these reasons this location should just shut down. You are just a waste of my precious time as I give you chance after chance to do right because I want to enjoy your food, but you dont care enough to give good service. It is your SERVICE that is lacking and your way of treating customers, I shouldnt have to fight and argue with you over the phone in order to get what your there to provide me with. Your entire purpose is to serve the customer and you are INCAPABLE of doing so because I have asked time and time again and still get crap service. So that means you are incapable of listening and taking action to serve your customers. This might be the last time I try to reach out to you guys as I have a life to live where I will shop elsewhere and not deal with these frustrations. Shopping is supposed to be a pleasure and all this store does is royally piss me off systematically every time I visit. To ice the cake further, there is a kid at the customer service desk named Chandler and last time I spoke to him about my concerns that I was not happy and he just shrugged his shoulders with the "IDK what you want me to do look" and I feel he could have done better to address my concerns, but he allowed me to leave upset. Your starting to look like Wal-Mart in the service area.

This is a smaller Publix compared to all the others, which would typically mean they are more efficient at what they do, not so. Pricing for products is rarely displayed, items that are on sale dont ring accordingly and shelves seem to have a hard time finding inventory. The pricing is typical Publix-slightly higher, but when you cant locate the label to compare its pretty useless. Something as simple as bread, which is about 1/8 of an aisle, has a total of half the stock and a quarter of the price tags displayed makes finding select items difficult. Its a convenient store to go to, otherwise Id happily spend more elsewhere and/or travel further.

Totally amazing experience with Chandler in customer service. Very sweet gentlemen helped me with a little issue I had and he was so nice! I seriously am shocked and how wonderful the employees at this particular Publix are. Thanks for your help Chandler! If youre reading this, I told you my name was Cristina Martinez because I figured my first name would be too annoying to spell out. But Cristina is my middle name is Martinez is my second last name (Im Hispanic, we have long names)!

Harbor Oaks is Publix version of a convenience store. I will go farther to shop at Publix where the choices are better land the staff seem to take pride in their store. Publix should take in all of space available in the Harbor Oaks complex and give us a pharmacy and the kind of store we expected.

Very small store with pretty limited selection. We wandered around for several minutes passing by many employees who never once asked if we needed any help. The cashier was friendly but overall I would rather shop at the larger Publix stores.

I like this Publix because its convenient for quick shopping. The parking lot is ample for the amount of people that flow through it. Its a little bit small, but its got all the essentials and the staff thee have been wonderful.

Called to see if they carried the whine we wanted, had to spell it twice for them. They said they had it so we drove 20 minutes to get it. We got there and the manager said "our bad, miss communication".

worst públix ever. only one cashier open, 5 people in line. prices not marked. youd think being so close to the hospital, theyd have good flowers....nope. also, kinda sketchy area.

This is the best publix ever. I especially love the deli here. The red headed employee there is just so couteous, kind, and respectful. I recommend everyone go see him.

Friendly associates. Very very clean store. Very busy, i guess cause they are next to the beach. A lot of vacation rentals. Good experience overall.
