This is absolutely the worst Italian food possible. Seemingly nothing is made fresh, because we couldnt even customize our order and was told everything we tried to order was already made. The spinich manicotti was so bad I couldnt get past 3 bites. The ceasar salad tasted and smelled like rotting fish, and the tortellini and manicotti was cold in parts as if it were microwaved from a frozen state which would make sense as to why nothing could be customized (i.e. no onions) Meanwhile Italian food, especially what we ordered, is the easiest thing to make, how they can stay in business is mindblowing, then again the place was 90% empty which should have been a sign. The only thing good was the ministrone soup, but even the waitress couldnt recommend anything and agreed the ceasar salad is horrible. The waitress was friendly, and got a decent tip, but I can only predict this place will be closed in a year or so based on the quality. Ive had 80 cent Michelinas itallian TV dinners that were far better than Taglianis. Good luck

I grew up in Europe and frequently visited Tuscany. and I gotta say this place has that feeling I remember when I was a child. My favorite is the Pick-a-Pasta bowls. Because sometimes i like to get Fettucine with Alfredo, and add artichokes, pine nuts, and chicken. My other favorite thing to get is the Gnocci ( like potato dumplings) with Tomato-Fredo a mix of Marinara and Alfredo sauce which is way too good to be true. The complimentary ciabatta bread loaf is pretty good too, but make sure you ask for it right out of the oven, especially if you want the best experience. I once ordered the Tagliani Platter for a table of five people and there was nothing left. I mean you have to in the mood for fried heaven its to die for. Ive had some okay servers and excellent servers with each experience. Taking that into consideration the service consistently increases in quality... now that Im a regular here, They treat me like Mama Tagliani herself.. TRY IT... the food is amazing!

IVE NEVER BEEN SO HUMILIATED IN AD DISRESPECTED, I MADE RESERVATIONS FOR 9, UNDER MY NAME, MY DAUGHTER CAME A FEW MINUTES BEFORE US AND WAS SEATED. THE SERVER NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED THAT I WAS THE HUSBAND AND MY WIFE AND DAUGHTERSHUSBAND ORDEREDTHE FOOD AND I ASKED SPECIFICALLYTHE SERVER THAT I WAS THE PERSON WHO MADE THE RESERVATION AND WANTED THE LEAD ON THE DINNER. THE SERVER NEVER CONSIDERED ME THE ENTIRE TIME TO WHICH MY SOUP N SALAD ALL YOU CAN EAT WAS COLD AND NEVER ASKED IF U WANTED ANOTHER SOUP OR SALAD. AT ONE POINT I EXCUSE MYSELF TO THE MENS ROOM IN WHICH HE CAME ASKED FOR DESERT WHILE I WAS GONE AND WHEN I RETURNED, I WAS NOT ASKED IF I LIKED DESERT. SO I WAVED ANOTHER SERVER FOR OUR TABLE SERVER IN WHICH HE RETURNED AND ASKED ME WHAT I WANTED AND I SAID I WANTED DESERT AND THE CHECK, HE TURNED TO MY DAUGHTERAND SHE SAID THAT SHE HAD TAKEN CARE OF THE BILL! I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS RESTAURANT

Service was worse then the food! We had eaten at the Glendale location a few years back and it was really good so we decided to go to the arrowhead center location to celebrate a birthday and were very disappointed. 2 out of 7 of us received our meals within 15/ 20 minutes. I received part of my meal about the same time then waited another 15-20 minutes for the rest of it. The rest of the meals were brought out another 15 minutes later. My husbands was solid grease with a little pasta on top of it. He sent it back and order something else which took so long he had them put it in a to go box. My children ordered Sundays and the adults also ordered dessert. The waitress forgot the kids dessert, the coffee and anything else we ordered the entire night, pretty much. My pasta tasted remarkably similar to chef boyarde :/ we paid and left without even getting the coffee. Needless to say we wont ever be going back

I have been here several times, and have always had a good experience. Tonight was a very different story. We had made reservations there for the three of us for my birthday. The waitress finally came by after we had sat at our table for about 10 minutes, explaining that she had some cocktails to serve from the bar, so sorry about not getting to us sooner. We ordered wine and were promised fresh bread soon. Another 10 minutes went by and we got the wine, and she took our food order. Another 10 minutes and the bread was thrown at our table by a harried waitress, without benefit of any dipping condiments. After another 10 minutes without attention, dipping condiments, nor food, we threw a $20 on the table and left. It was clear that they were too busy, or too short-staffed to attend to us. We went down the street to The Elephant Bar and had a wonderful meal with great service.

My Fiancé and I wanted to have dinner on Veterans day, we decided to try this place. It was my first time there, we got seated and about 6-7 min layer we were grated by our very polite waitress. By that time we were ready to order everything. So we did. First thing, the bread was room temp and hard. There was about 2 pieces that were decent. Next came our salads, my fiancés salad was wrong and their ranch didnt taste like ranch. His salad came back, and his first bite he spit back out. We got the manager and she told us not to pay for anything and we just left. We didnt even want to get to the pasta because there was a family whose food was all wrong and no good behind us, so we just wanted to leave. The server and manager was very polite tho.

Called a little past 8pm to place an order and the woman on the phone said they were closed. Checked the time online and on all of their materials and when I asked if they normally closed at 9 she said "We are closed, goodbye" and ended the conversation. Cant rate the food as I was not allowed to order any, but the (lack of) service was atrocious and left me with a very sour taste in my mouth. I will be in the area for several days but do not plan on attempting an order again as I can get even basic service anywhere. My money is better spent elsewhere on one of the numerous other dining options in the area if they insist on refusing service.

Great ambiance. Music not too loud and very appropriate. I had the chicken parm, and it was delicious. The portion size was just right. Wife had baked ziti, and she loved it. The sauce had a zesty taste with bits of vegetables. Not sure what vegetable, but they were perfect on this dish. And the bread sticks! They are warm and buttery, any our server kept them coming. Brianne was our server and was quick to make recommendations of what to order. She was charming and so helpful! Highly recommend for a nice little romantic night out!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Poor service, the waitress made it seem like we were just another table and that she had much better things to do. My group felt very rushed as she dropped the check off right after we got our food. The waitress also took a plate of more than half of the meal left without asking if my girlfriend was finished or if she wanted a box to go. The waitress was very rude and made lots of small remarks to my group of friends. First time here and let me tell you thats now how you should treat a customer.
