I came to The Pub for the first time because I was waiting for a friend to pick me up. Imediatley upon entering the bar, the bartender working seemed tense. I asked her how her day was going and she replied, "It just started"... The attitude I received from the bartender within 2 minutes of being in the facility was overwhelming. I thought maybe her Tonality and Customer service would change. I ordered a beer and looked around for tabs. I seen the tabs and asked the bartender if I could buy some. Again the bartender replied in a non inviting tone saying she doesnt have access to them. I asked when they would be available and she shrugged her shoulder that she did not know. About 1 minute went by and I asked the bartender for her name. She asked why, I stated I did not want to drink the beer that I ordered and I did not want to continue to occupy the bar with the poor customer service and attitude I was receiving. She told me that I had to pay for the beer because I opened it. I clearly did not open the beer and did not want to pay for a full beer I did not drink. I really could not sit there any longer with the horrible hospitality quality. I asked the bartender who the manager was and she said she was. I asked who was ahead of her she said she didnt need to tell me. I asked who the owner was and her answer remained the same. She asked me to leave and stated she has me on video tape for not paying for the beer. However I did not drink the beer so would not agree to pay for it. I would not recommend this bar due to my experience today. Maybe she was not having the best day but having many years of customer service experience I would never treat a client/customer the way she treated me.

Went in on a Sunday we were the only ones in there. Ordered Mac and cheese bites, pizza and a couple of drinks. The bartender was very friendly, the food was average nothing special. Prices seem to be fair. 3 stars because its dirty. There is no excuse for the TVs to be covered in dust hanging over your food. The tables, chairs and floors should be cleaned and kept clean.

Yeah Christina is nice. But the place is dull and socially awkward!!!! What about something for singles!!!!!! And I feel like they can change you what ever they want for a drink!!!! Have a dam menu with prices soooo…. people feel like there getting a fair deal!!!

Christina is the best bartender Ive ever met!! She has a wonderful personality, she makes great drinks and food!! And shes full of sass...I love it!
