For under three bucks you can get any patty and coco bread. the service is true life jamaican and the store always has customers because the food is always amazing. Ive been going to Kingston from when a patty and coco bread were both under a dollar. Now nearly forty years later I take my grandchildren to the same place I went to as a youngster. All the bread is delivered hot and fresh every single day since the 70s. Nothing beats the customer satisfaction I have at Kingston. The terrible patties at golden crust have no comparison. My wife chipped a tooth on one nearly 4 years ago after biting into a chicken patty and right onto a bone. if you want real jamaican patties and a reao taste of Jamaica then you can only go to Kingston Tropical Bakery. For speedy service ask for one of the Levis (owners). They are more than hospitable and quick to serve. Dont let any other Jamaican resturant josh you into trying their food. Just go to 226th street and White Plains Road. Youll be impressed.

This bakery is beyond amazing. This is by far the best meat loaf and patties that the i have ever had. Always fresh and hot. The customer service is always amazing. Never once was a worker rude and unruly. I come all the way from Connecticut to get these items and trust me i dont think Ill be stopping any time soon. Its also good pricing. Just make sure you come with cash because they dont accept cards. They do how ever have an atm inside handy in case you forgot your cash. Bless up.

I remember going to this bakery as a teen just to get the Coco Bread! Im so glad they are still in business. As a non meat eater to know they now cater to vegetarians is awsome! Got reintroduced to this place at work a week ago, and been going back almost daily ever since. The Vegi Patties are the best!!! and the Coco bread is soft and fresh just as they were when I was a teen.

THERE IS NO PLACE ELSE IN NYC THAT I WOULD GO FOR A MEAT PATTY AND COCO BREAD BUT HERE. THE LINE CAN BE AROUND THE CORNER BUT WELL WORTH IT WHEN YOU REACH YHE COUNTER.THE SMELLS IN HERE OF FRESHLY BAKED GOODS IS AMAZING. Food is amazing but start staking credit cards. Youll make so much more money. I wanted to order 2 dozen but didnt have enough cash and it was too rainy to go to the bank. I also wanted to order a 100 for an event but Im not carrying that much cash to pay for that many patties. I know they do it for tax reasons which is a poor business choice...

There patties and coco bread are the most delicious in the Bronx. The place is very clean and the people are very courteous and friendly I love it. I live further away but as a child I grew up in that area on 224th St. and that is The only place where I would go by my patties and Coco bread, especially their raisin bread its delicious

Im not Jamaican, but my wife is and we go to JA every year. Their patties are meatier and the meat itself is more flavorful than in the motherland. The only thing thats missing is the crust is not nearly as flaky as in Jamaica. But on the bright side, less flaky means less butter (less unhealthy) and less messy.

This place always has a line because they are GOOD! I had one of their Chicken patties and it was so good I walked 10 blocks back to get another one. The chicken was just right and the crust was flaky and warm. My mouth is watering right now. I didnt even eat it with coco bread, just plain. Delicious!!!

Ive been getting patties and coco bread from this spot since childhood. Im 37. I cringe when i have to break down and get patties from anywhere else. Patties from ANYWHERE do NOT compare (hear me, Golden crust?) I recently got my co-workers hooked on them. Now Im making delivery runs.

Good cocoa bread and even better beef and chicken patties . The workers could be a little more friendly but over all Id def come back . The carrot juice is amazing they take away all the nutritional value from it but it taste like heaven in a drink .
