Food Quality is average with lot of oil in it (rice and crackers), SUSHI is very good. But Very Rude Service. They have one server person, he is not clean. He does serve and clean at same time. I saw his hands touching the food sometimes. on my visit, i noticed him eating the food and spitting the seeds into his hands and then serving the food without cleaning the hands properly. i just left from there.. They talk in their language about the customers that are there itself. Little change in the management approach can go long as there are not much restaurants. I would suggest to go somewhere else if you are worried about the clean food and clean service.

Ive been ordering with them for 15 years and the past few years its been a huge decline. It takes over a hour for them to deliver then when I get my food it either lake of taste not fully cooked and they never include chop sticks. I know it sounds petty but its annoying. The woman who answers the phone needs to take a class or read up on costumer service. ##extremely rude### This will be my last time Im going to order from them again. I suggest that they get there act together take a little more pride in your job and be thankful that you have/ had a good business. Im a local and I definitely should of been treated better.

Been coming here for 4+ years. Usually service is good and over the years has become friendlier, due in part to my efforts to be overly friendly with the staff, they remember us nowadays :) The food is good, we usually go here for sushi, its nice to BYoB & no corking fee. The sushi is good and weve never had a bad piece. I expect that trend to continue. The free crunchy noodles are not so good & I dont eat them. The fortune cookies are the best! And I always ask for more. With the 50% off deal, its a good value.

I used to frequent this place due to convenience because its next to my work...today I walked in and waited to be greeted and seated while waiting for at least 5 minutes while on my lunch break...I still waited with no attention given(mind you I could count the customers on one hand) and then just decided to leave. I will no longer give money to a restaurant that has mediocre Chinese food with high prices and bad customer service...

East Cafe has a great lunch special (~$7 for meal + soup and fried rice). I used to meet my husband here often when we both worked in the area. I frequently ordered the chicken with broccoli and had enough leftovers for lunch the next day. The portions are generous. Service was quick, allowing my husband enough time to get back to eat and get back to work on his 45 minute break. Definitely a hidden gem tucked in the outer mall.

Service is mediocre. I got the sushi and it was worst sushi I have ever had. I wont be coming back. I am writing this while I sit at the table at the restaurant. I dont like to leave negative reviews, but this was 2nd tjme here and the same bad experience. It is just really bad.

Okay, So I had a previous review that, while exclaiming the food is excellent the service has much to be desired. I literally stayed away from dining here for 5 years as a result, but recently revisited and had a positive experience. So, all around, this place is top-notch. Enjoy!

Dont expect a smiling waiter/waitress here. One guy in particular always seems like he is having the worse day. The food is good, and my friends seem to enjoy the sushi. It is a good option for a lunch outing.

Staff is always very courteous. Im addicted to their dumplings. I havent found anywhere else that does them as well. The Chinese food is always well prepared and the sushi is as delicious as it is beautiful!

One of the best restaurants in the area. Table service can be a little off but 90 out of 100 but the food is always good. Love the half price sushi when you eat in. We do that most of the time.
